Gypsum False Ceiling -Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings ,specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Queen size Double bed -Supplying and placing in position Queen bed of size 2000 x 1510 x 400 (HT) with head board of 750 mm hight shall be made with 19 mm thick BWP plywood and finished with Cushioned synthetic fabric. Top of all three sides of the Bed shall be provided with decorative moulded Corian sheet of 12 mm thick. Other three sides of the bed to be made with 25 mm thick good quality wood plank fitted with 25 mm x 40 mm rounding moulding at the top and 100 mm x 18 mm decorative skirting at the bottom , the top of the bed to be made with 19 mm thick block board laid in panels to form an uniform horizental surface. Finally the bed to be finished with stained sprit polish of desired shade . The rate to include cost of all fittings, fixtures , cost of providing central wooden support of size 50 mm x100 mm. Also Providing one bed side table of size 450X500 MM made with 19 mm thick side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine Ply as per IS 710 of approved brand with one shelf complete as per direction of EIC.

Storage Cabinet (Closed Type) -Providing and fixing in position stoareage cabinet using 19mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand of made to required size fininshed with 1mm thick laminate of approved shades on all exposed surfaces for shelves,racks,cupboard etc. including necessary hardware, fittings in stainles steel finish complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Front elevation area to be measured for quantity)- Dining Cupboard, Storage for Kitchen, Bathroom etc.

Wardrobe -Providing & fixing in position wall cabinet of depth upto 500 mm made of 18 mm thick plywood ( BWR) frame of "Greenply"/ Centuryply/Archid. The back ot be made of 6 mm thick plywood ( BWR) fixed over plywood frame. The cabinet to be provided with openable shutters & intermediate shelf made of 18 mm thick BWR plywood. 4mm thick decorative Laminate of approved shade & make is then pasted over plywood with adhesive nails etc. including the skirting to made with 25 x 100 mm . One shutter for the Cabinet will be made with 6 mm thick glassfor using as Mirror. The rate also includes all fittings and fixtures completed for the cabinet including lock, handle etc as per drawing & direction of the Engineer -in- charge.(Front elevation area to be measured for quantity)

Supply and fixing of Study table of size 900 x 500 x 750 (HT) made with 19mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand of required thickness finished with 1mm thick laminates as per direction of EIC.All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade and all exposed edges of plywood to have 19mmx10mm teakwood leaping and complete as directed by EIC. (Front elevation area to be measured for quantity)

WALL PANELLING for TV Unit: Supplying & Fitting Wall paneling, consisting of 12mm thk. BWP ply fixed on sub frame with 19mm BWP Plyboard covered with approved Wall paper/MCM Stone cladding/decorative laminate as instructed by EIC as per design.

Providing & Fixing Livin Wall Paper (Danmi, Benz Specification) gravure printed pre trimmed washable strippable of approved shade and design including preparation of wall surface ,fixing with suitable glue as per the manufacturer specification and as per direction of EIC.

Providing and Fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections of size 75 mm x 53 mm, having wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2mm). Both verticalssides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of cross section size 28 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm thickness (± 0.2 mm) and 75 mm x 200 mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVC profile. PVC Door Frame and PVC reinforcement profile to be mitred cut, jointed and fusion welded together, including providing and fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required nos & sizes of anchor dash fastener, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S) 30 mm thick.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Providing & Fixing White Vitreous China Extended wall monting water Closet of size 780X380X690 mm of approved shape including providing and fixing white Vitreous China Cistern with duel flush fittings of flushing capacity 3 litre/6 Litre (Adjustable to 4 Litre/8 Litre) including seat cover and cistern fittings, nuts, bolts, gasket etc complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos.( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. Providing rails for plying of rollers of gate made made from 50mm x 6mm size M.S. flat and to be fitted with 3 nos of hinged hold fasts to be embedded in concrete prop. 1:2:4 of 10mm wide and 75 mm deep over brick flat soling 250mm wide including curing etc. complete.

Proving and Fixing 7 Watt LED Panel ligths In Round/ULTRASLIM 7W PHILIPS or equivalant

Wiring for circuit wiring with P.V.C. insulated single core unsheathed industrial flexible cable conforming to IS-694: 1990 with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volts (Finolex /RR Kabelor Equivalent Make as approved by the Deptt.) in surface/ recessed PVC 2 mm thick conduit (Berlia/ AKG or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt.) wiring system. With 2 x 4 sq. mm. earth continuity with 1x2.5 sq. mm. cable in 20 mm. dia. 2mm thick/ heavy rigid PVC IS: 9537 Part - III conduit.

Exterior Boundary Wall Painting : Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)Berger paint / Asian Paint / Dulax (ICI) paint/ Nerolac Paint / Snowcem India Ltd.
