1.) Construction of PD Shop at M.V.North H/o Manivilundan

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Collection and supply of sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Collection and supply of 40mm metal and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Collection and supply of 20mm metal and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Refilling the basement with excavated earth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Centering charges for centering post and woodern planks including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc., complete (Below Ground Level)

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8¾ x 4½ x 2¾ including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including all labour charges etc., complete as pet std. specification

Providing Granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10 -12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc., complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Weathering Course Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete

Finished with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Plastering in C.M.1:5 mix,12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and applying of.two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The 'Surface shall then be” allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire su.rface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and th”en sand papering

Supply and Fixing of cuddapah slabs 50mm thick with cement mortar 1:3

Supplying & Fixing in position of Indian type Water closet 580x440mm of approved quality

Supplying and Fixing inposition of best quality make White glazed wash basin of size 550x 400mm

Supply and delivery Steel Door -D (1.00x2.40m)

Painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of new plaster surface with Exterior emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paintincluding cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,
