Repair to pot holes exc 30mm depth, not exe 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg / 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per ten Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size mixed with and again well rammed, rolled and compacted(including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, exeeding 50mm but n. exe 100mm depth,area exe 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing premixed bituminous macadam (compated thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller complete All as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M&L for 30mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) as insemi dence asphaltic concrete over a tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) paving bitumen at 5kg/10 sqm laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required camber and gredient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5.0 Kg/10 Sqm on bituminous surface and M&L for 30mm (consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road / pavement and like using thermoplastic road marking (White/Yellow) paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160 Centigrade complete All as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Shivalic, Kothari, Jyanti, Swastic.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for providing 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed any description or thickness in floor, skirting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 60mm thick, M-35 grade machine pressed, precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made precast kerb stones in PCC (1:2 :4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including chamfers, weatherings,throatings etc in smooth finish & set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary excavation and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation new concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in panels and diffirent colours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation old concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in panels and diffirent colours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note:- A sum of Rs. 1,31,000.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
