M&L15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface fair finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid seperately )

M&L 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying Two coats of White Wash all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces and applying two coat of Cement Base Paint on walls all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying Three coats of White Wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of Wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying One coat of white wash over old decorated surface of walls all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
