Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting butinclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessaryand refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of notmore than 15cm.thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers withinitial leads and lifts. etc.including levelling the sites complete complyingwith standard specifications and as directed In hard stiff clay, stiff blackcotton soil, hard red earth, shale murams, gravel stony earth and earth muds with 50%(fifty percent) fair size boulders and hard gravely soils(SS20B)

Supply and fixing the collected gravel including cost and convenaynce all materials to site etc complete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement , five sand, and Ten hard broken stone) Using 40 mm gauge Hand Broken Granite stone jelly for Foundation including watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick.compacting etc., complete complying within standard specification and as directed

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement , two sand, and four hard broken stone) using 20 mm , gauge machine broken hard granite stones jelly for RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating Charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing and Providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of slab,beams etc,shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 12 mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc.,as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification .. The rate is including vibration charges. a)For foundation and basement

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using Country Bricks ground moulded of size 23 x11 x7cm. For the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angels of size 25 mm X 25mm X 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak( country wood) poists of size 10 cm X 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items. a) RCC floor slab roof slab rectangular square. Tee or Ell beams, lintels staircase waise slab landing slab , landing beam, portico beam etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate) . The binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Providing ceramic tiles size 305x305x6mm in CM 1:3 20mm thick of cost and conveyance to site of all charges etc.

Plastering with CEMENT MORTAR 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12 mm. thick in all floor including curing etc.Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Emulsion painting two coats using best quality of emulsion paint over primer coat of approved colour including cost ofemulsion brushes, scaffolding charges ,etc .. Complete with standard specification

Painting TWO coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows,ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel door Of size 0.90mx2.1m with double leaves,outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal MSL angle mullion section

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel window od size 0.9m x 1.20m with double leaves,outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dsesign & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m3

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m2
