REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS AND ALLIED WORKS AT DRONACHAL BASE BHOPAL

Excavation in trenches in soft/hard of any type soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all complete all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand for UG cable cushioning including punning on top and bottom of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTES 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 5.00 meter above groung level.

M&L cutting PCC/floor/road and taking out cable and making good, including material as per existing after laying of pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed size of trench not more than 0.30 x 0.30 cm.

S&F in replacement of GI Pipe medium grade on wall/floor for cable protection with fixing arrangement size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceble U/G cable of any size , any type from the trench including tracing out the fault with the help of megger complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE heavy duty armoured electric under ground cable aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/on pole through sleeves etc. complete all as specified and directed.
