Provision for disposal of dumped garbage around back side of toilet unit, drinking water unit near temple no.3 through tractor trolley including cost of loading and unloading with labour outside of premises all complete.

Provision for surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-?equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Provision for dismantling of old plaster or skirting racking out joint and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Provision for plaster 20 mm over outer wall of mix : 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand) including materials & labour e.t.c complete.

Provision for cladding of outer wall with earthen clay terra-cotta facing brick tiles (Avg. thickness of 12-15mm) with labour & material all complete.

Provision for Dry brick pitching half brick thick including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Provision for cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Provision for brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with all complete.

Provision for Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): to the joints of the brick edge flooring etc. complete.

Provision for excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :: All kinds of soil. Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Providing 4'' dia sewer pipe from drinking water unit and back side of toilet unit for proper disposal of lagged water around drinking water unit and toilet unit.

Provision for taking out old damaged / broken wooden ramp and barricading with all complete.

Provision for applying priming coat over the iron frame of ramp and iron grills of temple: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat) etc. complete.

Provision for painting Two or more coats synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture on iron / steel works of required colour to give even shade.

Provision for replacement of old and damaged wooden ramp with new ramp in Jamun wood with all complete.

Provision for replacement of old and damaged wooden barricading with new barricading in sal wood with all complete.

Provision for applying priming coat over wood work : With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) etc. complete.

Provision for Painting on wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete.

Provision for dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Provision for supply and installation of 2.5 mm thick UPVC sheet in terra-cotta colour over temples and shrines with minor repairing etc. all complete.

Provision for repairing, painting etc. of the existing dustbins with all complete.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With granite stone of colour ruby red or as per approved colour matching to the ambience of the monument of area.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
