Providing plantation of Paspalum lawn grass on existing soil surface by rough dressing , spreading of red soil of 0.10 m layer uniformly , mixing of vermicpompost @2 kg / m2 , mixing of soil and manure thoroughly, fine dressing and leveling , plantation of Paspalum lawn by dibbling method 20 mm apart followed by watering and relveling of depressions if any etc. complete. as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge

Maintaining the newly planted lawn areas for Eighteen months regularly by watering the lawn area every alternate day by hose pipe & sprinkler system, trimming/moving of lawn areas by kerosene/petrol/diesel operated mechanical lawn mover once in a month , weeding out unwanted weeds, grass etc. from lawn area once in fortnight & sweeping of lawn areas once in a week for including removal of paper plastic waste, dried leaves etc. & its disposal at designated places within lead of 2.0 km as per directions & specifications of departmental engineers. (Note The maintenance period will start after complete plantation of lawn areas in item no 2).

Supply & plantation of ornamental trees of height 2.5 m height, by excavation of pits of size 0.60 m dia. and 0.60 m deep, removing of stone debris etc. from excavated area to a level of 50 m, adding vermicompost @ 2 kg / pit mixing of soil & manure in pit (excluding cost of vermicompost & Red soil ) & consolidating it, dressing, supplying of well grown healthy Roystenia Regia (Bottle palm ) at plantation site, planting of shrubs/trees in pit, watering once ( excluding cost of water ) stacking of plants if required with bamboo sticks of suitable height etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintaining the newly planted trees for Eighteen month by regular watering of shrubs/trees every alternate day by hose pipe / rose can , earthing up , water basin preparation and weeding once in a month , stacking of plants as and when required with bamboo poles of height up to 2.0 m etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer – In – Charge

Supplying ,transporting and stacking of good quality red garden soil free from stones, murrum, weeds ,stubbles and other foreign material etc. at site with all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note : red soil measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment.)

Supplying of well rotten decomposed vermicompost manure in sealed bags of 50 kg capacity, free from clumps, sand & other foreign material etc. at plantation site. The sample of vermicompost should be got approved by the Engineer In Charge before supply of material .

Removal & disposal of surplus soil, debris etc. generated during excavation & soil preparation works by mechanical transport to a lead exceeding 2 km but not exceeding 3 Km. including loading unloading, staking /leveling etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Total area of development - 31406.00 m2, 3 % of this is waste soil So Quantity = 31406.00 x 3 % = 942.18 m3 Say = 942.00 m3

Arresting the weed growth by manual rough dressing of open areas followed by levelling and fine dressing of open areas followed by providing, laying, fixing of heavy duty, durable , UV resistant weed control barrier having thickness of 125 GSM ,landscape woven fabric sheet made from 100% polypropylene on upper surface of leveled open areas etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing plant Budded Rose (H.T. Variety) 3 to 4 healty branch 30 cm and above ht. Well developed with one and above flower plant in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing plant chrysenthemum double variety, well developed, having 45 to 60 cm ht., with 6 and above flowers with half blooming condition, fresh and healthy with bamboo stacking in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing plant Dahlia double kenya variety in different colour well developed with 3 to 4 flowers in half bloom, good foliage stacked with Green painted Bamboo sticks, 45 to 60 cm height in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Plant Dianthus dwarf in different colour fresh & healthy bloom in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Plant Marigold (Tagetes) inca hybrid different colour having 30 cm and above ht., with 6 to 8 flowers in bloom & blooming condition , well developed pot should be fully covered with fresh and healthy, foliage and flowers in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Plant Petunia hybrid different colour single well developed in full bloom in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Plant Poincettia dwarf multi head, having upto 30 cm ht., with 3 to 4 branches with fully different coloured top with fresh & healthy foliage well developed in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Plant Salvia dwarf variety with fresh & healthy foliage well developed multi branching in blooming stage in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Plant vinca hybrid in diffferent colour fresh & healthy 20 to 25 cm ht. With bloom in plastic bags and plantation of plants in garden areas etc. complete as per Specifications and Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Transplanting of trees of girth 500 mm to 1500 mm measured at 1.0m above ground level from existing location to new location by prunning of tree branches at all heights by using prunng saw , excavation of trench around existing tree of width 0.60 m & depth upto 1.5 m tapering towards bottom, berlapping the earthen ball consisting root zone with wet jute cloth & rope, uprooting the tree with help of mobile crane and its safe transport to a lead of 2.0 km at new site of plantation, safe lowering the uprooted tree in already excavated pit of size 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 1.5 m (pit excavation is to be done by contractor) filling the pit with mixture of red soil,black soil and vermicompost in desired proportion as given in specifications, planting the tree firmly, stacking/supporting the tree with wooden poles and nylon rope , making water basin around tree followed by thorough watering etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Maintenance of open areas consisting of paved / unpaved areas by collection of all types of debris, waste material lying on surface area and its subsequent safe disposal at the designated places. The job also includes sweeping of all areas, clearing of wild vegetation, bushes grown by cutting them at ground level, collection of cut vegetation, bushes and its disposal at designated areas, filling of depressions ditches on surface with the soil available nearby/ provided by the department (free of cost), proper dressing & levelling of areas if required, shifting of usable material (if lying) to designated places by vehicle provided by the department (free of cost), removal of dead / disesed / injured animals / birds / reptiles as & when required etc. complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting and removal of all types of creepers dead and alive from chain link fencing of height upto 2.50 m and fron 1.0 m area on both sides of fence, collection of cut creepers subsequent mechanical transportation of collected creepers up to a lead of 3.0 km and disposal of cut creepers at designated places etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing services for assisting in display of potted plants in various location, shifting of potted plants from various location to nursery and from nursery to various location, watering of potted plants in various location, plantation of plants as and when required,preparation of flower vase , bouquets , display of flowers , Shifting/rearrangement of material as and when required, dressing and leveling of areas as and when required, maintenance of newly planted plants as and when required and executing horticultural works as directed by deparment engineers etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Digging in ordinary soil to a depth of 0.30m including breaking of clods removing & disposal of stones, roots & other debris to a initial lead of 50 m and stacking the same .

Providing and fixing of POP up sprinklers with all fittings & accessories of make confirming to relevant IS code ,specifications , having radius of throw as mentioned below with all necessary fittings and accessories such as swing joint ,PVC service saddle which are required for effective funtioning of pop ups sprinklers etc. complete as per specifications directions of engineer in charge. (12 Meter radius)

Providing and fixing of rigid ISI marked socketed Unplasticised PVC pipes along withall required fittings and accessories etc.complete . The job also includes jointing of pipes with UPVC solvent cement solution ,trenching refilling and testing and testing the joints complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
