Supply and erection of G.I Tubular Pole 10 Metre Length Pole with Base Plate (300 x 300 x 6mm)139.70mm OD x 4.50mm Thick x 5200mm Length, 114.30mm OD x 4.50mm Thick x 2400mm Length, 88.90mm OD x 3.25mm Thick x 2400mm Length complete with M.S base plate of size 300 x 300 x 6mm at the bottom. The pole shall be provided with a suitable Arms suitable for mounting LED 120W Modular type street light luminaire. The Arms shall be length and size including Pole Pedestal Foundation. ( Circular 0.30m dia, height 2.00 m with 1 : 4 : 8 PCC below footing, RCC M 15 pedestal including steel and as instructed by SIPCOT Officers, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying, installations testing and commissioning of 120 watt LED modular type light fitting including wiring from Loop out box to the luminaire in the bracket on the pole with insulated Copper conductor wire etc. complete including fixing charges and using material ladders and laying jointing of 3 core x 2.5 sq.mm copper cable from fitting to pole box fuse unit including cost of material and labour.etc., complete complying with Standard specification as directed by SIPCOT Officers. Supplying, installation testing and commissioning of out door Street lighting distribution pillar made out of 16 SWG sheet steel metal incorporated with 1 No 100amps TPN rewirable fuse switch and 32A 6 way fuse DB provided with 440 V coil and 1 No 63 amps TP contuctor with 440 V coil and 1 No. 24 Hrs timer of L & T make with its control wiring power interconnection with 7/16 copper wire from main switch to contactor and contactor to fuse DB pillar fabricated with front double door arrangements with locking facility painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of aluminum finish. The pillar to be erected with suitable angle iron frame pedestal with concrete grouting etc., complete complying with Standard specification as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and fixig of TNEB meter board suitable for 3 Phase 200A Service Connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work size of 3 feet X 2 feet using angle iron size 1 - 1 1/2 " x 1 - 1/4" x 1/2" rigigly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 3 feet x 2 feet of 12m m thickness with necessary bolts and nut supports and supply and fixing of 3 nos 200 A fuse units ( 500V) 1 No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1 " x 1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 19/16 PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete etc., complete complying with Standard specification as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and Insallation Cabinet Type Class 1 and 2 Combined Model SPD to arrest surges and overvoltages in the power line due to lighning switching action etc. they must be installed in the incoming MCC panel / DB of the respective buling in parallel to the power circuit. (Model: PSV4-12.5/400TT (3 phase power network)) etc., complete complying with Standard specification as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply , laying and jointing of following size of PVC armoured LTUG Aluminium cable with ISI mark in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 m, and routing the cable into the 90 mm dia. HDPE Pipes laid completely and refilling the earth to make good and as per standard specification. (Excluding the cost of HDPE Pipes and laying the same into trenches will be extra) etc., complete complying with Standard specification as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
