B/R PORTION Dismantling stone slabs/tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded & pointed in cement mortar in floors, hard standing, Apron etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, (Posts embedded in concrete or natural ground) including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick levelling course/ subbase/ in floor in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm crushed stone graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic tiles coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles as directed and specified. (NOTE : Shade/ colour to be approved by Garrison Engineer in consultation with user.)

M&L for 300x600x6 to 7mm thick, joint free coloured, glazed ceramic tiles as in skirting/Dado, laid and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 including triangular filleting on top in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Shade/ colour to be approved by Garrison Engineer in consultation with user.)

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone (550 x 550 mm) flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurrry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser. item 08.00 above but kota stone slab (100/150mm x 550mm) and 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting , dados and pillars polished to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge laid over and including 10mm thick rendering to receive the stone in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 25 Cm x 25 Cm x 25mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed with grey cement and pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as directed and specified. (NOTE : Shade/ colour to be approved by Garrison Engineer in consultation with user.)
