Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within a lifts up to 1.50m and lead upto 1000m. As per technical specification clause No. 302.3 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of embankment with machnicaly compacted earth with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Engineer-in-charge as per MORD clause 3.4(301.5). (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-2) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per Technical Specn. No. 502 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specn. No. 503 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration or Emulsion grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per T.S.C. 508 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per TSC 510 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub- grade with brick on and edging according to lines graded and cross section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth spreading 25mm thick layer of earth over brick soling watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 KN as per Technical specification clause 412 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and Laying of Rubber Moulded Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 II. (Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar) (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 IV. R.C.C grade M 20 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and fixing of Hectometere stone as per IRC-8 including painting and letter writing etc as per direction of E/I. (Hecto mt. -stone), Providing and fixing of kilometere stone as per IRC-8 including painting and letter writing etc as per direction of E/I.(Km -stone) & Providing and erecting direction and place indentification retro-reflectroised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over almuminium sheeting,2 mm thickwith area not exceeding 0.9 sqm.Supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x75 x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm,below ground level as per approved drawing,Complete.(90x90 cm) (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 I. P.C.C grade M 10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply Laying & Fixing,of 900 mm dia NP-3 Class Hume pipe (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Maintenance of Bitumenious surface road and gravel or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc. restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop/berms, making up of berms/ shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert maintenance of guard rails ans parapet maintenance of road signs speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required maintenance of Hectometer and kilometer stone cutting of branches of tree shrub and trimming of grass and weeds etc white washing of parapet including CD work, painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stones as per performance Index anexure-1 mentioned in GO No. 55/2022/187/23-09-2022-02 Nabard /2021 Dt 28-04-2022 & Enc letter on 14 BDD-1(NH)/40MT-11/2024 dated 03-01-2024 Subjected to be Approved from Govt.
