Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint of Nerolac/Asisan/Dulux/Berger system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm(zero point ninety litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm(zero point eighty litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima Asian Paints) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
