NCTPS–I-CM-circle – CM-I- Repair works to the damaged Neutralizing pit ‘B’ and the inlet drains by laying of FRP (Fiber Reinforced plastic) lining over the concrete surface of the neutralizing pit for collection of Effluent water from DM Plant. (The rate quoted is inclusive of ESI & EPF)

Supplying and laying of FRP (Fibre Reinforced plastic) lining to the existing Neutralizing sump at DM Plant to a thickness of 6mm using Isophthalic Resin material including cost of all materials, lead, lift, Transportation, T&P etc. FRP lining in the following steps such as (i) Clearing of surface with sanding disc & Emery shut. (ii) One coat of Resin gel coat & applied CSM (Chopped strand matt) 1 layer (iii) Applied CSM 1 layer (iv) Matt finish covered by Resin gel coat (v) 2,3,4 Steps continuing 3 times (vi) After drying above process, cleaning the dust with emery sheet for smooth finish Final one coat of Resin gel coat with French Erosil powder.
