Dismantling floor hearth wall tilling incl CM (beading bud not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for anti-skid premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 7-8 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish with flexural strength greater than 16 N/mm2, scratch hardness on Moh’s Scale minimum 3 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on Sunken Surfaces when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying three coat of brush bond acrylic based cementitious material of approved quality for sunken portion treatment all as per manufacturer instruction and providing 200micron thick polythene film over 85/25 grade bitumen layer @ 0.5 kg/ sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 Using 12.5 mm graded stone agg as in as in PCC combing / benching on floor/ wall juction of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubing dowm with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm the cement plaster in CM 1:4, over brick wall or concrete surfaces of height above 3.00mtr/Parapet finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Prepation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge,

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (make as approved) over a coat of bitumen of grade VG -10 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per square m , Over of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th layered APP membrane shall be laid and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work with Cement Mortar 1:3 in roofs complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner- in -Charge.

Applying 02 (Two) coats of Aluminum painting over and including a coat of primer over APP surfaces by using roller/brush as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner- in -Charge.

M&L for PCC cement concrete tiles of size 250 x 250 mm and 20 to 25mm thick laid as in roof floor over 15mm thick (1:4) cement bed, set, jointing and pointing with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) as in splash stone of size 450x600x150mm and set in cement mortar 1:4 string courses, copings kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts,boundary pillars,bed plates , pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings ,throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
