Supply and application of chemical based waterproofing treatment to terraces of PRAFPUL and SPF buildings, South Site, BARC, Mumbai 400085

Removing of existing bitumen/chemical based waterproofing treatment alongwith synthetic mesh from roof terrace, chajjas, parapets etc, and disposal within 50m etc. complete as per given detailed technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Preparing the existing water proofing by making it slightly rough by grinding the same by mechanical means and cleaning the surface, etc. and to make it free from all unwanted dust, loose material and other contaminants that may damage the water proofing treatmen. Sunbsequently surface cleaning of existing surfaces with water jet having minimum pressure about 20 kg/cm2 including cleaning with wire brushing, arrangement of suitable potable pumps along with required piping & storage system, providing temporary scaffolding etc. complete as per clause-3 of specification and as directed by EIC

Removing the entire top layer 25 - 32 mm thick of cement mortar or china mosaic waterproofing layer over brickbat coba and providing and applying polymer (Tapecrete of Cico make or equivalent) cement slurry in Ratio of 1:1.5 as Bond coat on the cleaned area and laying 25-32 mm thick ready mix Cement Mortar mixed with approved waterproofing compound (Cico Super make or equivalent @ 100ml per 50kg. of Cement), finish smooth with cements slurry, marking the finished surface with pattern as matching the old finishes etc. including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling unsound portion of brick bat coba cement based water proofing over roof and chajjas carefully without damaging adjacent structures including lowering and stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to terraces including cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement & approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey-combs etc. in the concrete slab whereever required and setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and laying Cement Mortar layer 20 mm tk. with waterproofing compound over block bat coba (Cico Super make or equivalent @ 100 ml per 50 kg. of Cement) including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackles and consumables all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Using 100% SFMC

Providing & fixing PVC/metallic Nipples/packers with epoxy putty/mortar or polymer mortar

Pressure Cementitious Grouting Pressure Grouting to existing brick/siporex bat coba waterproofing treatment over RCC slab with fine POLYMER MIXED cementitious grouting materials of approved make with approved method including making holes by drilling, fixing grouting nozzles or grouting port nozzles or grouting packer sizes given below about @ 600 mm c/c in zigzag or approved pattern by using 12 mm Φ x 100 mm long nozzles with drilling upto 25 mm depth in RCC slab; removing the nozzles after completing of grouting job, filling/repairing the holes with polymer modified mortar; curing, arrangement of suitable pumps/tool & tackles, drilling machine ; etc complete as per clause of specifications and as directed by E-I-C. Note: 1). Payment for nozzles will be made in relevent item. 2) Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item

Double Tubular scaffolding system Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Deploying of Qualified experienced supervisor for supervising the complete work of waterproofing system at actual working site .i.e. surfaces preparation, testing & clearance of ready surfaces, weighing, measuring and mixing of waterproofing compound, monitoring of application, check & recording the consumption of waterproofing compound on hours basis, preparation of consumption report daily and submit to EIC etc complete as per given technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge or site engineer.Note Job will be measured on daily basis.
