Cleaning and desilting of existing drains channel including removing shrubs, vegitation from drain, channel of any size & depth all as directed by EIC.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete article including coping all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast PCC block masonry Type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm width and set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone masonry random rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining walls, abutments, brought upto courses including necessary provn of weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No 4 above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable stone obtained from sl item No. 2 shall be used in this item

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces n.exc. 40mm to face of stones and dressing of face , beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble masonry built in cement mortar in walls or to brick on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc.15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggt as in coping, bands, plinth courses, parapets etc like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC slab other than ground floors and similar suspended works complete, reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L reinforcement cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for drain & manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, incl cranking, bending, for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.50m wide and 1.50m depth for foundation, man hole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forming 12mm thick expansion joint filled with pre formed bitumen filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade A, thickness of concrete slab 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing the surface of concrete pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boulder pitching laid dry, handpacked tightly in vertical bunds with sloping face if pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 24 above, but except boulder complete all as specified and directed.
