Day to Day Maintenance for attending breakdowns, servicing and repairing of electrical installations at staff quarters of various types, A, B, C, D, E and Scientist apartments having 1, 2, 3 & 4 BHK accommodations in G+1, G+2, G+3 & pump houses etc. shown in Annexure -1. The work shall be complied as per detailed scope of work and other terms & conditions specified in the tender document from Monday to Sunday between 6:00 hours and 22:00 hours throughout the year for 12 months. Note: Necessary materials & spares will be supplied by CSIR-NAL

Supply of 12 W , LED cool white surface mounting round / square shape panel with aluminium die cast housing including control drives etc.,. LED light output color shall be cool day white, ,THD < 10 % and PF > 0.9 suitable for operation on 230V AC supply.

Supply of 18 W / 20 W , LED cool white surface mounting round / square shape panel with aluminium die cast housing including control drives etc.,. LED light output color shall be cool day white, ,THD < 10 % and PF > 0.9 suitable for operation on 230V AC supply.

Supply of 30W LED lensed type street light pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant control driver, toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection, better optics for uniform light distribution,Luminaire efficacy of > 100 lm/W , LED light output color shall be cool day white,THD < 10 % and PF > 0.9 suitable for operation on 230V, AC supply.

Supply of 60W LED lensed type street light pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant control driver, toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection, better optics for uniform light distribution,Luminaire efficacy of > 110 lm/W , LED light output color shall be cool day white,THD < 10 % and PF > 0.9 suitable for operation on 230V, AC supply.

Supply of Digital Multiple programmable Time switch,battery operated with real time clock in 24hr format containing LCD display and 4 switching per day with program hour and program minute buttons can be enabled by shorting terminals to program the load's start time and duration for which the load should be “ON” suitable for operating voltage on 230V, AC supply.

Supply of 12 W Constant current LED driver input voltage 230V, PF 0.95 THD < 10% operating temperature 10 to 70ºC output voltage 28V-40 V DC, O/P current 300mA & number of channel single suitable for 12W, LED square / Round shaped panel luminaire.

Supply of 18 / 20 W Constant current LED driver input voltage 230V, PF 0.95 THD < 10% operating temperature 10 to 70ºC output voltage 28V-40 V DC, O/P current 450mA & number of channel single suitable for 18W /20 W, LED square / Round shaped panel luminaire.

Supply of 30 W Constant current LED driver input voltage 230V, PF 0.95 THD < 10% operating temperature 10 to 70ºC output voltage 28V-40 V DC, O/P current 450mA & number of channel single suitable for 12W, LED square / Round shaped panel luminaire.

Supply of 60W Constant current LED driver input voltage 230V, PF 0.95 THD < 10% operating temperature 10 to 70ºC degree C output voltage 36V DC, O/P current 1050 mA suitable for 60W, LED Street light luminaire

Supply of 1 M (Length) X 1 M (Width) 2mm thickness Insulating Rubber mats made of Elastomer (a generic term that includes rubbers, latex and elastomeric compounds that may be natural or synthetic or a combination of both) the insulating mat shall be made out of elastomer with anti skid surface. The mat shall be of dielectric strength 30 kV and high insulation resistance with working voltages up to 3.3kV AC as per IS15652:2006 standard as required.

Supply of MS fabricated Fire Safety bucket stand made of galvanised sheets along with buckets as per standard IS:2546.The canopy shall be provided made of GI sheet.The stand shall be provided with 2 hooks in one line to carry 2 nos. of sand buckets each of a capacity 10 Litre.The stand and buckets shall be painted with red color pure polyster corrosion resistant powder coating shade all as per IS:536 standard. Note:The necessary PCC bed shall be made to place the Fire bucket stand.
