Erection of metallic pole(above 10m and up to 12m) in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation refilling etc as required foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor including binding etc as required (28x60x3x.394)

Supply and erection of stay set complete(galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod anchor plate of size 45cm x45cm x7.5 mm thimble stay clamps ,bow tightner7/3.15 stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation ,refilling etc as required

Supply and erection of channel iron 75mm x40 mm x6mm(7.14kg/mtr) cross arm for 3 wire 11KV OH line complete with clamp bolts and for clamping to the pole 50mm x6mm MS flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on other side for tying the cross arm together ,including drilling of holes for insulator ,pins(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply and erection of channel iron 75mm x40 mm x6mm(7.14kg/mtr) cross arm for2 wire OH line complete with clamp bolts and nuts etc including drilling of holes for insulator ,pins(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying and erection of 11KV Pin insulator complete with large steel head GI pin, Nut washer etc. as required

Supply and erection of 11KV disc insulator for 11KV OH line with galvanized insulator fittings ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamp bolts and nuts washer etc as required(double disc)

Supplying and erection of 50mm x8mm MS flat iron pole top bracket /cross arm for single 11/22/33KV OH line conductors complete with fixing clamps bolts,nuts and washer drilling hole for insulator pin ,bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paints as required

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

6 swg GI wire (+) Erection of GI including binding for cradling and earth wire etc as required. For earthing

Dismantling of pole /strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required (idle near crusher)

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper/aluminium overhead conductor, G.I. wire cross arms, insulators etc. as required

Handling of poles on site and transporting of pole form store toworking site.
