Material and Labour for Cleaning of equalisation / primary tank at STP-III by pumping out raw sewage, removing the sludge settled at the bottom, cleaning thoroughly with wire brush, finally cleaning with dilute solution of sodium hypochlorite & fresh water, on once in half yearly till cleaned surface obtained, applying one coat of bituminous paint including writing letters on the outer surface of the tank with synthetic enamel paint as "TANK CLEANED ON ------(DATE) AND DUE ON ---(DATE) with 10 cm high stencil cut english letter all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour For Cleaning of four No dry bed tank at STP-III by out raw materials, removing the dry sludge settled at the bottom, cleaning thoroughly with wire brush, finally cleaning with dilute solution of sodium hypochlorite & fresh water on once in half yearly, applying one coat of bituminous paint including writing letters on the outer surface of the tank with synthetic enamel paint as "TANK CLEANED ON ------(DATE) AND DUE ON ---(DATE) with 10 cm high stencil cut english letter all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair new rotating horizontal shaft of 9'' dia, 7.5 feet length, made of solid stainless steel suitable for stacks of rotating disks of rotating biological contactor at STP-III, as per exisiting including all require acessories complete all as specifies and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Electromagnetic flow meter at STP-III, of Make SBEM having sensor size 150 mm, accuracy class & display + 0.5% of measured flow with pressure rating : 10 Kg/Sqcm by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, through authorised rep of company including the indicater convertor : remote, field mounted, cable, sensor, sensor lining etc and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and as directed. Make- SBEM or equivalent make approved by GE.

Taking down carefully existing old unserviceable building security light from any height at STP-III, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old unsv pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning uPVC Pipe of 63 mm dia, Class 5, 1.0 MPa in replacement at STP III with plain socket suitable for solvent cement joint, Cut to required lengths including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, union, reducer, flange and plug etc. complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for Cleaning the balancing tank One Lakh litre of Swimming pool at baitkol by pumping out water of the balancing tank with the help of sumersible/centifugal suction pump of capacity not less than 5HP and cleaning the empty tank with iron brushes, bleaching powder, and taking out deposited mud/sludge at the bottom, on once in half yearly with fresh water till cleaned surface obtained complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour For Cleaning of Swimming pool of size 25m x 13.5 m using motorised suction sweeper fitted with nylon brush and chemicals all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Electric supply will be made available free of cost. for dewatering, removing dust & dirt, cleaning the surfaces with diluted acid for removing stains & cleaning the surface with fresh water etc. complete. (ii) Chemicals will be measured and paid for separately under respective item herein after (iii) The cleaning shall be done twice in a week.

Material and Labour for Complete Overhauling of 10 HP/ 7.5 KW Capacity Pumpset, of any make at Swimming Pool, for general inspection of impeller, shaft all bearings and sleaves, and re-installation of Pump after replacing all sleaves, bearings, seals and with SS nut bolts, metalising the shafts and re threading bottom plate by lathe work including body repairs, welding works and complete testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel Outdoor type (1.5mx1.2mx0.50m) in replacement of old unsv panel near STP, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, factory made, IP-65 with Doble door openable shutters on both sides front and rear having locking arrangements, totally enclosed weather proof, powder coated over a coat of primer with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm floor mounted support suitable for 440V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 C/s, aluminium bus bar of suitable size and capacity, AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted including connecting up all out going MCCB/MCB/timer swich for street lights with suitable size of Alu bus bar or with stranded copper cable and fixing on suitable angle iron frame with PCC earth work comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge : Note: (a)The LT panel should be procured through CPRI approved manufacturer Make of MCCB: L&T/ABB/Havells (b) The proper gland pacing for the cable entries to be provided. (xii) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 15 Cm thick in foundation, Brick (Sub Class B) work in CM 1:6 ,rendering 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel . The platform shall be of 450 mm height above ground level .
