M&L TMT steel bars, as in reinforcement, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as Item No 13 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass "B" Bricks straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick / concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in two coat ie 10 mm thick under coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement using WPC

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white washing etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying two or more coats (Camouflage Patern) of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of exc 10 cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing new wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light / fan / bell point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cables,1100 volts grade single core in and including 20 mm dia or higher size PVC concealed conduits and fittings of medium grade, including sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) earth wire,1100 volts grade single core and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION: Supply and Laying dry sand as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured for payment.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks sub class 'B' of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 40 mm bore, galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standed aluminium conductor of sizes 2 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
