Design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, testing and supply of 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panel suitable for 200 kW motor, with 50 kA short-circuit withstand capacity for 1 second, complete with inbuilt PLC, power and control components, protections, metering, cooling system, internal wiring and all accessories, manufactured strictly in accordance with the approved SLD, technical specifications, data sheets, applicable IEC/IS standards and tender requirements, complete in all respects, for supply only.

LIGHTING DISTRIBUTION BOARDS

Supply of 415V/240V lighting/power DB, Surface/Recess mounting type sheet steel enclosure of approved make having 4 Pole MCCB/MCB with current limiting 25 kA (LSIG)/RCCB/ELCB as incoming and SP/DP/TP MCB (10kA/16kA type) for out going circuit complete with wiring,indication lamp, ammeter etc including transportation from store/yard to site at the place of installation, unpacking, assembly, including mounting and wiring of loose parts supplied by equipment vendor, testing and calibration of relays and meters etc., all labour and materials as per specification, Single Line Diagram of this tender and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Local control station (LCS)

Supply of following Industrial type LCS, Weatherproof, Flameproof “Ex-d”(suitable for hazardous area of gas group IIA/IIB, temperature class T3 and Zone-2), IP 65, Local Control Station suitable for Wall / Column / Structure mounting. All LCS shall be made up of Aluminium alloy (LM6 grade) with Canopy of 14 gauge CRCA sheet with side cover. LCS shall confirm to attached specification/data sheet. LCS shall be supplied along with Flameproof Double compression, Ni plated brass cable glands & lugs as per attached specification of this tender.

FLP (Zone-1, IIA/IIB, T3) IP65 Local control station provided with recess type START STOP PB, Suppressed scale Ammeter & 1 no. mushroom head stay put type emergency stop PB with Keys/lock & pin arrangement, Local remote switch (with additional contacts to give the status of Local remote switch to DCS/PLC) including flameproof double compression stainless steel cable glands & plugs, suitable for outdoor installation as required as per attached specifications of this tender.

Junction Boxes shall be complete with busbar of suitable rating, support insulator, suitable for tentative cable sizes as indicated below & shall be supplied along with FLP type double compression, Ni plated brass cable glands, lugs & plugs. However, exact cable sizes shall be indicated during drawing approval only. EARTHING SYSTEM

Supply and design for complete earthing including lightining protection system for entire plant, earth electrodes/ pit, earth main ring, earthing of electrical equipment, instrument panels, field instruments, with heavy duty perforated GI pipe electrode / Copper Plate Electrode, providing suitable earth bus for interconnection, SS nut bolts to be used for Copper earthing and clamps of the GI earthing which are operated on regular basis i.e. clamp connections at top, providing a mixture of salt & charcoal, making RCC/Brick earth pit chamber and associated civil works as per standard Drg. etc. all complete as per specification & direction of Site-In-charge. Item also includes Supply and fixing of Earth resistance display board of size 450 X 300 mm with 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM)/ Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) bolted to 25 X 25 X 5 mm (with 2 bolts MS angle section, 60 cm long (minmum 200 mm embedded in ground). The rate shall also include supply and pasting of UV resistant vinyl sticker having details as per Site-in-charge.

Conductor, conductor scrren, XLPE insulated, Insulation screen, PVC inner sheath, steel wire armoured, PVC outer sheathed H.T. power cables as per IEC 60502-2 / IS 7098-2 of following sizes in ground/tray including fixing of strip number tags, fixing of saddles and saddle bars, protective tiles etc. including transportation from store/yard to site at the place of installation, unpacking, including all labour and materials, as per attached specification of this tender and directions of Engineer-in- charge. Before procurring the cable, Contractor to make cable schedule as per site conditions and get approved by IOCL/Consultant. The item also includes cable Tag 2mm thick Aluminium with No. punched on it and shall be securely attached to the cable by not less than two turns of 20 SWG GI wire conforming to IS 280.

LT Power Cables (FRLS): Supply of 1.1kV grade, XLPE insulated, stranded Cu / Al.Conductor, steel wire/strip (for multi core) armoured, for power cable, control cable and signal cable, PVC sheathed, FRLS power and control cables (conforming to IS:7098 and tender specification) along with Glanding & Cable termination,connection of Double compression nickel plated brass Cable gland (FLP/Weather proof gland as per requirement) and nickel plated lugs & termination, silicon based jointing kit as per cable schedule(will be provided detail engineering) of following sizes in ground/trenches/tray, pulling through pipes and its proper sealing etc. including fixing of strip number tags, fixing of saddles and saddle bars, protective tiles etc. including transportation from store/yard to site at the place of installation, unpacking, including all labour and materials, and completeness with all aspect as per attached specifications directions of Engineer-in- charge.The item includes cable Tag 2mm thick Aluminium with No. punched on it and shall be securely attached to the cable by not less than two turns of 20 SWG GI wire conforming to IS 280. The same shall be attached @ max. 30m or at bends whichever is lesser. Note: a) Before procuring cable, successfull bidder is required to prepare detailed BOQ, cable schedule & Drum Schedule of Cables as per site mesaurement and get approved by IOCL/Consultant. No extra payment shall be made for wastages. b) Payment shall be paid separately for Supply of FLP/WP Industrial Glands & termination Glands shall be supplied with PVC hood. Diameter of cable under armour and above armour shall be checked prior to ordering of glands. Glands shall be complete with double seal cone-grip arrangements and check nuts.

Supplying, providing, shop fabricated, steel pressed lock, erection of galvanised electro forged gratings comprising of shaped, grating and stair treads out of steel using 25x5mm/6mm flat bars and 6mm MS twisted Bars as per requirements duly welded/fixed/clamped to base frame and as shown in relevant drawings including galvanizing of gratings as per enclosed specifications. Note:- Finished size of grating laid shall be measured for the purpose of payment. Pitch of the main flat bars(25x5mm) shall be 33-35mm and the pitch of the 6mm twisted rod (cross members) shall be 100mm, the outer frame of grating of all sizes shall be 25x5mm/6mm FB or as per approved drawing.
