The high mast lighting system shall consist of a 20-meter high mast made of hot-dip galvanized steel, designed for durability and outdoor performance. The mast will have a top diameter of 140 mm and a bottom diameter of 400 mm, ensuring structural stability and wind resistance. A base plate with a 490 mm Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD) will be provided for anchoring the mast securely to the foundation.The system should include a lantern carriage designed to accommodate 16 lighting fixtures, allowing for a symmetrical and efficient light distribution. A 1 HP motor should be integrated to facilitate the raising and lowering of the lantern carriage. This will operate in conjunction with a winch system rated for a 500 KG load, and operated via a manual or electric winch handle. Stainless steel wire ropes will be used, complete with all necessary mounting arrangements, to ensure smooth and reliable operation.The mast will include a 5 core x 2.5 sq.mm copper cable suitable for high mast applications. An external weatherproof junction box will be provided for secure and accessible electrical connections. The system will also be equipped with a lightning arrestor at the top of the mast to protect against voltage surges and enhance safety during adverse weather conditions
