Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (5.7.3)

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.(5.8.24)

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill gate with M.S. grill made of 20X6mm M.S. flats or 16mm M.S. square bars fitted on 25X25X6mm M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.(5.5.30)

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface throughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)(5.8.41)

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.(5.8.45)

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. TMT Fe 500 (only valid for SAIL & TATA STEEL)(5.5.4)

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm,& 16mm. dia bars as per approved design and drawing inclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.(a) 10mm (TMT coil Fe 500) (only valid for Tata (Tiscon), SAIL, JSPL,Electrosteel Steels Ltd. Bokaro and Vizag (RINL)}(5.5.5 A)

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm,& 16mm. dia bars as per approved design and drawing inclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.(b) 12mm (TMT coil Fe 500) (only valid for Tata (Tiscon), SAIL, JSPL,Electrosteel Steels Ltd. Bokaro and Vizag (RINL)})(5.5.5 B)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works DSR 10.25.2

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire DSR 16.18.1

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) DSR 16.53
