Part-A:Strengthning

Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT surface using 3Kg of bitumen 60/70 for 10sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by b

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) of 30mm thick based on Job Mix Formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving CRMB 55 penetration grade3 (IS:73) and aggregates conforming to grading 2 of Table 500 - 5 of MORT & H specifications and BC shall be laid using sensor paver finisher to the required level, grade and compacting to atleast 98% of laboratory Marshall desnity as per clause 509 complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorisng glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per Specification.

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of "category B" raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonae/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-covex reflectors)with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the lifht entering the lens face with retro - reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also fonfirm to the MORTH circular NI. RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90mm and base of markder shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Poly carbonate or methyl methecrylate fonforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - refloctory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq. cm.. The slope or retro - refloctory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each 4reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage..

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and superstructure for Abutment /pier using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers etc.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Dismantling of Existing Structures like culverts, bridges and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Vibrated Cement Concrete of Grade M 15 using 20mm ISS size HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at depths, tools and plants and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications for BASECOURSE BELOW APPROACH SLAB.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M 30 Grade using 20mm & 12mm ISS size HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete working at heights, hire chargs for tools and plants, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications for Approach Slab.
