Removing of old unserviceable plywood from bed hard, and fixing only new plywood 12mm thick commercial on other face BWR quality ISI fixed with suitable size of screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Ply shall be issued from MES store Yard in Schedule B items

Removing old unserviceable/missing hard pvc shoe from all types of wooden furniture articles and S&F new hard PVC shoe.Complete all as specified & shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old polished wooden surface, cleaning and dusting whenever required including removing and minor repair and Material and labour for applying two coat of french polish on Visual surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed for:

Removing old unserviceable plywood seat from Chair WB and S&F of new plywood seat of 6mm thick BWR quality ISI marked. complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing of wooden brackets triangular shaped and size 75X75mm of 1st class Teak wood and fixed to wooden Chairs by using screws & adhesive complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable MDF board of Charpoy GI pipe and reassembling the same duly electric welding long/short rail and legs by continuous welding around with the joint complete and provide 02 Nos flat MS stiffeners of size 40X5 mm duly welded in equal distance between two long rails.Stiffener should be painted with two coat of synthetic enemal black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge (FD-220)

Fixing Only plywood 12mm thick commercial on other face BWR quality ISI marked fixed with suitable size of screw complete for above item no 23 and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Ply will be issued from MES Store yard in Schedule B items

Removing old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new long rail of galvanised iron tubing of 32 mm bore medium grade, ISI marked duly threaded at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Conversion of long rail (retrived from item no 2 ) in to short rail by cutting to required size, threading at both ends and replacement of old UNSV short rail from Charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Conversion of short rail (retrived from item no 3 ) in to legs by cutting to required size, threading at one side and replacement of old unserviceable legs from Charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable / missing wooden shoes from Charpoy GI pipe including supply & fixing with new wooden shoes to be made by 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable GI check nut with lock nut 32mm bore from Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new GI check nut with lock nut 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable GI elbow 32mm bore from Charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing new GI elbow 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Cushion foam for sofa set 32 density of size 22"x21"x4" thick with Tapastry cloth cover Not less then Rs 200 per meter.
