Supply,installation, testing and commissioning new LT panel box " CPRI type tested" cubicle type,with angle & frame, free standing, floor mounted, indoor, weather proof type, Double door, front and rear openable type working on 415 V 3-phase, 50 Hz, AC supply with copper bus bars-600 Amp Copper bus bar- 04 Nos, 600 amp rating considering current carrying cap 1.5 Amp/sqmm duly having colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves mounted on insulators weather proof, dust-proof and vermin proof with canopy on top, 3mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure,power coated CRCA-IP-55,Light grey painted as per the 7-tank process, weather proof IP-55 protection compartalized as per specification incl MS angle iron legs of height 900 mm made out of angle iron 50x50x6mm and including following component complete all as specified and as directed:- (1) Main Incomer section : MCCB with suitable rating for panel load 100 HP Pump e.g. 4 Pole, 400A, breaking cap 36kA.(I/C) Ics=100% Icu with phase separator & phase extender/copper links.

(C ) 20 HP Standby pump star delta starter (i) 3 Pole contactor e.g. 40 A AC-3 phase heavy duty-03 Nos (ii) thermal overload relay(22-35 A)-01 Nos (iii) over current protection relay (MCCB/MCB)-40 Amp-01 Nos (iv) Auto start start on main pump(25 HP jockey Pump) failure -01 Nos (v) Start/stop push button (Green and red) (vi) Indicating lamp (Running ,trip,auto,stand by active) (viii) single phase preventor (ix) star delta timer (0-30 sec) (xi) control MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole 25 KA 01 Nos with phase seperator & phase extender/copper links. (xii) Power & Control wiring with suitable size copper wire.

Supply and fixing the following items for 113/153 BHP Diesel engine incl old removing UNSV parts.

M & L Premixed Coolent for 113/153 BHP Diesel engine

S & F Lubricant Oil filter element primary and secondary with ring and washer for 113/153 BHP Diesel engine

S & F Air cleaner element with ring and washer for 113/153 BHP Diesel engine

S & F Rubber hose pipe set with clamps for 113/153 BHP Diesel engine

M & L for maintenance and servicing of existing pump set of capacity 20/25 HP pump having parts i.e impeller,shaft,wear ring,coupling,pump casing,shaft sleeves foundation Bolts and alignment etc as per site requirement Incl replacement of all UNSV parts as reqd to make the pump fully functional as directed by Engr-in charge

M & L for maintenance and servicing of pump set of capacity 100 HP pump having parts i.e impeller,shaft,wear ring,coupling,pump casing,shaft sleeves foundation Bolts and alignment etc as per site requirement Incl replacement of all UNSV parts as reqd to make the pump fully functional and directed by Engr-in charge

Supply laying testing and commissioning of the PVC insulated 50 Sqmm 3 core Copper cables for motor connection ,suitable for 3- phase 415 volt 50 Hz Ac including all neccessory accessories ,cable gland lugs laid in cable tray with proper protection complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in Charge

Supply and fixing in cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6 150 mm bore with flanged ends ISI mark with Gun metal spindle CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle with jointing material such as nuts /bolts washers and rubber insertion sheet etc including taking out old U/S sluice valve complete all as specified.

All as per item ser No 18 above here in before but 100 mm bore dia.

Supply and fixing hose box having transperent iron mount door of size 800 mm x 600 mm x 250mm min or suitable higher for keeping 2 Nos hose pipe of length 15 meter each ,branch pipe .nozzel coupling etc of MS sheet of thickness 2.0 mm with suitable MS Iron legs for fixing complete.

Supply & installation of Air Release valve 25 mm Dia with Control valve.

Supply and fix 63 mm dia 15 meter long CP hose conforming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling complete.

Supply & fix of Branch Pipe ,gun metal 63 mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet ,15mm bore nozzel short. As per IS 903 complete.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, trenches around pipe line including spreading , levelling, in layers n exc 25 cm after laying pipes and well ramming complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away from site and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron spigot and socketed pipe including cast iron fittings from trenches in existing position including burning old lead joint complete all as directed for following bores size:- (a) 80 mm bore dia

(b) 100 mm bore dia

(c) 150 mm bore dia

Relaying cast iron spigot and socketed pipe in trenches in new within 6 meters or old position after proper cleaning externally / internally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge of following :- (a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

Supply, laying,testing and commissioning in trench Ductile iron pipe with flanged end ISI marked) Class K-9, in any length complete all as specified and directed for the following bores :- (a) 80 mm bore dia

(b) 100 mm bore dia

(c) 150 mm bore dia

Supply & Fixing cast iron/MS fitting/DI fitting such as bend any type radius and angle taper any type straight bends,D- Joint of Different sizes, increasing decreasing tee pieces single branch,Y junction coller ,cap and plug with spigot/socket end flange upto 150 mm bore including taking out old material all as directed

M&L for new run lead joint with spun yarn complete with all jointing material all as specified and directed for following bore :- (a) 80 mm bore dia

(b) 100 mm bore dia

(c) 150 mm bore dia

S&F 50mm dia. cast iron foot valve flanged type as per IS-4038 PN-2 having sheet Gunmetal disc face ring- Nitrile rubber, Hinge pin stainless steel AISI-410 with Cast iron bolted strainer with necessary nut, bolt, washers etc, complete including taking out old valves complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 50 mm dia Non Return Valve of cast iron body , with both ends flanged, drilled at both the ends, conforming to IS-1538, having GM flap with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm dia. cast iron foot valve flanged type as per IS-4038 PN-2 having sheet Gunmetal disc face ring- Nitrile rubber, Hinge pin stainless steel AISI-410 with Cast iron bolted stainer with necessary nut, bolt, washers etc, complete including taking out old valves complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 150 mm dia Non Return Valve of cast iron body , with both ends flanged, drilled at both the ends, conforming to IS-1538, having GM flap with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Fire brigade inlet connection 2 way complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Air cushion tank with relief valve 200 mm suitable for existing fire fighting hydrant system pressure complecte as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install fire hydrant stand post single out let type made out of 80mm dia. MS pipe, 1.50 mtr long, with 90 degree bend, both ends flanged complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Joint with rubber or fibre board gasket for flanged pipe joint including complete all as specified and directed for following bores :- (a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches, or wall for strip protection pipe of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
