Dismantling brick tiles of any type and size, laid over roof slabs, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs of any thickness and in any position including leeping over roof terrace, removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m & n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding / levelling courses including finishing the surfaces even & fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) over roof slab mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rate.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of roof slab including cleaning the surfaces with wire brush / pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane roof casting cold applied in two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm, applied with spray / brush having an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength not less than 3N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60as ASTM D 2240. The item includes epoxy prime applied @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet complete as per manufacturer's instructions and sound engineering practice complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including chequered tiling and paver blocks of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick 1st quality non skid coloured ceramic ENDURA tiles n.exc 0.11 Sqm each tile, laid in flooring over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and preparing the surfaces to receive plastering complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and fair on external surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rate.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair finished brick work / concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair finished concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a layer of wall care putty not less than 01 mm thick and a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves, gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) with all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall including necessary PVC clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including necessary PVC clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, mild steel stack clamps for 100mm bore pipe, made out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron including 16mm dia round iron stays, nuts & bolts and securing ends of stays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 22.00 above but for 75mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm dia bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 16 mm outer diameter CPVC Pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, fixed on wall /ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm dia bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 20mm dia bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water storage tank of capacity exc 500 but n.exc 1000 Ltrs of any description and S&F new PVC rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 1000 Ltrs capacity, white colour, triple layer, hoisted and fixed in position on roof slab including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and 20 mm size ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, 20 mm dia bore Gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
