M&L for painting of fire door of 18 gauge sheet welded on angle iron frame with half glass portion and half MS sheet fof size 2.2 mtr x 1.2 Mtr duly painted red colour with synthetic enamaled paint on both side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacing of 6 mm thick glass of fire door of 18 gauge sheet welded on angle iron frame having half glass portion and half MS sheet complete as per existing size all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnect the cable connection from Jocky pump set of capacity 15 HP from fire pump house LT Panel and repair of same by rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge including varnishing, making it serviceable by replacement of all unserviceable spares like pump impeller- 01 No, inner and outer rotor - 01 set, complete gasket - 01 Set and bushing-02 Nos and testing the same. After tesitng lowering the submersible pump set and making connection of pipelines complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flexible coupling for 12.5 Hp motor pump set as per sample.

Note : Replaced of column pipe will be measured and paid under respective items here in after.

M&L dewatering, cleaning of water supply storage tanks of capacity 40000 Ltrs at SEKHON VIHAR 10 storey bldgs with high pressure jet complete all as directed as following:- (i) Dewatering the tank with portable submersible pump. (ii) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with special sludge removal pump set. (iii) Cleaning of wall ceiling and floor by high pressure rotary water jet pump which create pressure of 80-120. (iv) Removing remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner. Shut of the complete hydrant system and measure head of the pump. 2. Adjust head of the pump by existing valve of the hydrant, measure the flow of water by opening the hydrant accordingly. 3. Hydrant to be opened to be delivered 125% of the flow. 4. To check the rpm of pump at each operating point. 5. Draw performance curve to show actual verses original pump data. Note: Audit of fire fighting system shall be done by specialist approved agencies.

Cleaning of Bar screen chamber of size 1.7 x 2 x 2.5 mtr and grit chamber of size 1.7 x 2 x 2.5 mtr by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving slit with sewage water and taking out mixed slit, mud and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning including replacement of broken/ blockage air blowing network complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Cleaning shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement. 2. Each time cleaning shall be counted as one Job. 3. Sludge/Mud should be dispose away from the station.

Cleaning of main sawage collection sump (of sizes 8.3 x 8.6 x 3 mtr) by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving slit with sewage water and taking out mixed slit and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning including replacement of broken/ blockage air blowing network all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Cleaning shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement. 2. Each time cleaning shall be counted as one Job. 3. Sludge/Mud should be dispose away from the station.

Cleaning of aeration tank/treated water tank (of size 10.7 x 8.8 x 6.0 mtr) by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving slit with sewage water and taking out mixed slit mud and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning including replacement of broken/ blockage air blowing network all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Cleaning shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement. 2. Each time cleaning shall be counted as one Job. 3. Sludge/Mud should be dispose away from the station. 4. Injection grouting with waterproofing chemicals in leakages surfaces above. 5. Exposed external surfaces to be finished with two coats of cement paints , where as decided by Engr-in-charge. 6. Internal surfaces to be coated with two coat of epoxy paint.

Cleaning of MBBR tank (of size 10.7 x 7.2 x 6.8 mtr) for cleaning of above ground sewage collection tanks by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving slit with sewage water and taking out mixed slit mud and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning including replacement of broken/ blockage air blowing network all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Cleaning shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement. 2. Each time cleaning shall be counted as one Job. 3. Cleaning of Pre filtration tank( of size 6.0x3.0xx3.0 mtr) by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving slit with sewage water and taking out mixed slit, mud and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning including replacement of broken/ blockage air blowing network all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for taking out old quartz silica sand and pebbles from dual media filter tank of size 1.5 mtr dia and 1.8 height and shape and filling the new quartz silica sand in layers of different grades ( 4-8, 8-16, 16-32, 32-64) as per matching to existing size and shape as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Washing and cleaning of pebbles and refilling the same is also included in this job.

M&L for taking out old activated carbon media and Pebbles from activated carbon filter tank of size 1.5 mtr dia and 1.8 height and filling the new actvated carbon media as per matching to existing size and shape as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Washing and cleaning of pebbles and refilling the same is also included in this job.

M&L for taking out old UPVC filter biomedia from MBBR tank of size 10.7 x 7.20 x 6.8 mtr and filling the new filter media complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnect the cable connection from centrifugal sewage pump set of 03 HP capacity sludge pump from foundation with the help of special tools, opening the motor and rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge including varnishing, making it serviceable by replacement of all unserviceable spares and make motor serviceable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnect the cable connection from centrifugal pump set of capacity 5.0/7.5 HP from treated water system and repair the same by rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge including varnishing, making it serviceable by replacement of all unserviceable spares like pump impeller- 01 No, inner and outer rotor - 01 set, complete gasket - 01 Set and bushing-02 Nos and testing the same after installation including necessary cable and pipelines connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Any parts require for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Rate for item required other than below mentioned items shall be included in rate quoted by the contractor for this item.

Material and labour for supply and laying of square or rectangular air grids for aeration in Aeration/ Equilization tank, MBBR Tank I and II to ensure fine bubbles dispersion with PVC/SS pipes of size 50mm dia, inter connected with necessary flange and difussers for pressurised air at every 2 mtr distance along the pipe all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) As contract is maintenance nature the site can be handed over in pieces as per site availability from users.(ii) Contractor/ contractor rep shall take complaint from MES complaint cell on every day and these complaints shall be rectified with in 48 Hrs. As water supply/sewage system is of vital nature, If any complaint/ work is not completed with in 48 Hrs that can be get executed from any other agency and cost of the same will be deducted from contractor's dues.

Note :- The amount of Rs 107730.00 against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 157 & 158 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
