Supplying installation, testing, erection & commissioning of outdoor floor mounted cubical compartmentalized type Panel depth not less than 400 mm, fabricated with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 415/ 500 volts 50 Hz A.C. supply with CRCA sheet on bottom for taking load of cable gland necessary individual gland plates for cable gland, cable alley, locking arrangements as per direction of engineer in charge complete with bus bar chamber having 1200 Amp TPN Al busbar duly sleeved and Numbering, i/c supplying and fixing the following mounting inside the panel - interconnections with suitable size Al. bus bar/copper cable for suitable size for following outgoing and incoming MCCB’s, earthing studs, powder coating/ stove enameled painting after 7 tank treatment process, with following accessories as reqd of size. Dismentling and disconnection of existing old Panel Set ,on load change overs along with all accessories and different size of cables as per direction of engineer in charge complete etc as reqd.

Supplying & Laying of one Number Following size. XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed armoured with galvanized round steel wire or strip cables with standard aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1.1 KV grade ISI marked confirming to IS 7098 / (Pt.-I)/88 with amendment No. 1 in following manners.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing wire mesh protection frame work made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle and "T" strengthened with intermediate menberers of MS flat iron of size 30 mm x 5 mm thick welded at a distance of 30 cm horizontally and vertically and duly welded with wiremesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire mesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire on all sides and top i/c providing and fixing of double door gate with double locking arrangement ( Two nos. sliding bolts and one No. go down lock) having 0.5 mtr long legs of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick angles iron, duly grouted in cement concrete foundation ration 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) upto suitable depth painting with on coast of red oxide & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval colour and shade etc complete as reqd.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Shifting of existing Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 10 mtrs. height complete with brackets and reinstallation the same other locations at near khajoori flyover complete etc as reqd.

Providing and laying in position M-20 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1960 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.

S.I.T.C of energy efficient LED Street light fitting Luminaries of rating 90 watts or more made with high pressure die cast aluminium housing with powder coated with lens, IP 66, suitable for operation on 150 to 265V single phase A.C. supply, having system efficiency minm. lumen of fitting 10800 and not less than 120 luman per watt. or more and colour temperature of 5500 K to 6000 K, CRI >70 with driver having power factor > 0.95, THD < 10% and efficiency > 85% potted driver should be IC Compliance, with minimum 10 KV surge protection, LED life shall be not less than 50000 complete reqd. at site.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 2.5 sq. mm

Dismantling of pole/Panel/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required at Pusta road Central verge and Road No. 65 complete etc as reqd.

Dismantling of cement concrete foundation and disposal malba / surplus materials as per Direction of Engineers -charge within a lead of 50 metres etc as required at Pusta road Central verge and Road No. 65 complete etc as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. 4 x 16 Sq.mm armounrd Aluminum Conductor power cable

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
