Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75in 1:6 (cement: sand) mortar incl. Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level

Providing Steel rainforcement Incl. straightening cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete

Providing and laying cement concrete copping 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

12mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of 1:6 mix

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
