Material & Labour for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces of cross arms, clamps, steel poles, pipes etc of any shape and size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each Job consists of 3 sqmtr area of above given any material.

Material & Labour for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces of transformers of cap 63 to 150 KVA size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of blue paint over a coat of zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces of transformers of cap 151 to 250 KVA size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of blue paint over a coat of zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces of transformers of cap 251 to 500 KVA size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of blue paint over a coat of zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv bus bars, and supply, install, testing & commissioning of bus bar chamber of size 60 cm x 60cm x 40 cm outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories

(a) Copper bus bar cap 250 Amp - 04

(d) RYB neon indicating lamp set of three- 01

Note : (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel. (iii) Danger notice plate (02 Nos) LT size 20cm x 15cm shall be fixed on the panel. (iv) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel.

Taking down old unsv and supply & fix MCCB AC, 415 volts, 4 pole adjustable type, 250 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand/ Havells/ Straded/ ABB).

Taking down old unsv and supply & fix MCCB AC, 415 volts, 4 pole adjustable type, 200 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand/ Havells/ Straded/ ABB).

Taking down old unsv and supply & fix MCCB AC, 415 volts, 4 pole adjustable type, 160 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand/ Havells/ Straded/ ABB).

Taking down old unsv and supply & fix MCCB AC, 415 volts, 4 pole adjustable type, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand/ Havells/ Straded/ ABB).

Taking down old unsv and supply & fix MCCB AC, 415 volts, 4 pole adjustable type, 125 Amps, breaking capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand/ Havells/ Straded/ ABB).

Taking out old cork sheet gasket of transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and supply & fix new super quality gasket of 4mm thickness including making smooth finish of new gasket checking fo leakage after replacement of gasket. Note : Gasket shall be replaced at no extra cost if leakage found after replcement of gasket.

Diconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LV bushings complete from transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new LV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the LV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Diconnecting & taking out old unserviceable HV bushings complete from transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new HV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the HV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr--Charge.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil, levelling and removing grass, treemining of tree etc from side and applying 10mm thick lime (white wash) as directed.

Material & Labour for zebra painting with two coats of IST quality synthetic enamel paint on LT concrete poles up to 1.5 metre height from pedastal in 30 cm height in black & white paints including two coat of cement base paint on pedastal of pole and painting the cross arms with one coat of synthetic/aluminium enamel paint incl preparation of steel surfaces and including writing the pole Nos of 50mm height letters / figures with acrylic PVC strip "MES/LT ___" (pole number) all as directed.

Supply & fix tinned copper drop out fuse suitable for HT 11 KV line of sizes 10 Amps to 60 Amps.

Material & Labour for cable route marker made out of sand stone of size 0.15m wide and 0.60m long including writing the LT Cable by engraqvinging/ painting complete fixed in PCC including excavation and RF and removing complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & filling and topping up fresh transformer oil having dielectric strength more than 50 KV capacitor at 2.5 mm gap for transformer, all as speceified and directed by Enger-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv & Supply & fixing GI 50mm light grade protection pipe all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv & Supply & fixing GI 40mm light grade protection pipe all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv & Supply & fixing GI 25mm light grade protection pipe all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for renewal of plate earthing for LT panel with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 40 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work , etc.complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

Taking out panel door with old broken hinges and supply and fix with new MS hinges medium weight of 75mm long fix to panel & panel door with suitable nut & bolt /welding and Painting of LT panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete exc 5 sqm n exec 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Old U/S LED Street lights of any size and Supply & Fixing LED lights of “Lithium based Energy Efficient Integrated Solar Street Light of 30Watt” in Single FRP body with duly Polyurethane coating (Camouflage color) , encases with Monocrystalline Solar PV Panel of 90/95Wp , Lithium Battery 11.1/12.8V, 44.0AH with inbuilt BMS, IP 65, High brightness W-LED(160-180lm/watt) lamp with Aluminum reflector for better light distribution , CRI >70, Color Temperature 5700K - 6500K, Microcontroller based charge controller cum driver, automatic dimming function ( first four hours at full brightness & rest of the time at lower light level with PIR Motion Sensor), Dusk to Dawn Operation, suitable to working temperature: (-) 10C to (+)55C, weight not more than 18-20kg with adjustable MS clamp suitable for pole/wall mounting etc complete as required. Material and labour for disconnecting the HT/LT connection of outdoor type transformer of 100 KVA capacity from existing location and Make transporting to the workshop for aluminium rewinding and necessary repairs such as burnt HT/LT coils, repalcement of breather, temperature gauge/replacing the top gasket sheet, other insulating packing materials/HT bushing, LT bushings and defective parts and including painting,reinstalling, testing, commissioning and making all elect and eath connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - Payment of filling and topping up fresh transformer oil will measured and paid separetly
