PART – A (Main Plant & Offsite Areas)

Painting of steel structures, pipes, conveyor structures, trestles, galleries and bottom of galleries, chutes & equipments by Scrapping of erected structure by wire brush, compressed air and other mechanical means etc to fetch Sa 2/ST-3 as per ISO 8501-1 upto the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying and Applying painting system of approved colour, brand and shade consisting Primer coat of Epoxy mastic paint (High Build), Glass flake filled epoxy under-coating and top coat of Aliphatic polyurathene paint by brush as per specification including cleaning the surface with required tools and plants, labour, material, consumables equipments, handling, transportation, protection and cleaning, scaffolding and stagging, testing etc all complete as per enclosed specifications, scope of work and instructions of the Engineer- in-charge. For height BELOW 15 M
