REPAIR/MAINT OF SUNKEN TREATMENT FLOORING, WALL TILING AND MISC B/R ITEMS IN MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R -I UNDER GE BABINA

Demolition of PCC in any description and in any position etc complete all as specified at site and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 12.5 mm stone aggregate of avg 25 mm thick make to slope in sunken floors all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 Mixed with Water proffing compound as per manufacturer instructions surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5 Kg per sq m per coat and applying plythene film black, 50 micron laid in floors complete over sunken floor slab and embedded in side wall / covered fillet complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling floor/hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5 mm grd agg) in floors as sub base of floor or floor finishing complete.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in vertical surfaces for receiving tiles as directed.

M & L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square /Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured in white or coloured cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles, size 450 mm X 300 mm, 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed
