CLEAR WATER PUMPING MACHINERY & ELECTRICAL WORKS AT WTP

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal pump sets with allied equipment as under-

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Horizontal Centrifugal Pump along with Motor and required accessories complete. Multi stage / HSC Centrifugal Pump as per IS 5120 capable of following discharges against the given head, head range shall be 85% to 107% of duty head and shut off head not less than 15% above the duty head or 3 m more than the duty head whichever is more, with bronze impellers, stainless steel pump shaft, etc. with all accessories coupled with energy efficient (IE3) TEFC squirrel cage induction motor confirming to IS: 12615, having 15% more BHP than that of pump. Pump and Motor shall have common base plate. Motor shall be suitable for working on 415V, 3 PH, 50 HZ, 1500 rpm all complete. Pump Set shall be erected on CC (1:2:4) foundation block with foundation bolts of suitable size with minimum clearance all sides of Pump. Pump Set shall be with required size of sluice valve and non- return valve standard fitting, strainers, reducer, foot valve, pressure gauge, MS delivery & Suction pipe, common header, nuts & bolts, packing, fitting & fixing, labour & technician, etc. all complete job as per site requirement and direction of Engineer in charge.

b) 3 Core, 95 sq mm, Copper XLPE unarmourd Cable from LT Distribution Panel to 150 HP FASD Starter.

c) 3 Core, 16 sq mm, Copper XLPE unarmourd Cable from LT Distribution Panel to 25 HP FASD Starter.

Earthing: making earthing with galvanised iron plate size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cm with funnel etc. all materials, equipments & accessories etc. all complete as per IE Rule for each motors.

Providing , Erecting, Testing and Commissioning of 3 ton Capacity triple spur type chain pulley block with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50 % overload as per IS:3832, carrying ISI mark with travelling trolley etc. (3 Tonne Capacity).

Tansformer Installation: Cost of construction of PCC platform/ foundation with DP structure in PSC Pole for above mention transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse, disc & pin insulator, lightening arrester with earthing, stay sets, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material, technicians, labours, Grouting, PCC work, fencing, Danger board, testing of transformer oil, fitting, fixing, connecting with HT/LT lines, etc. for power supply, etc. all complete as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.
