Supply and erection of Contactor T AC3 70 AMP RATING AND 100 AMPS RATING FOR AC1 unit suitable for 3 phase switching on/off. The job includes cost of 1 no. 3 phase MNX 70 CS97076 with built in SURGE SUPPRESSOR for coil of 220 Volt 50/60 Hz Rating L&T MNX/ Siemens 3TF/ ABB AX series. The contactor shall be installed on existing bakelite sheet with help nut and bolt. The job includes making incoming and outgoing connection with suitable copper wire and other petty material require to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge.

DSR item no.2.2Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supply and Erection of sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions made from 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame on the base of pedestal, covered with 16 gauge MS sheet duly welded on five sides and front side hinged complete with locking arrangement 4 nos. switchgear supporting members each of MS flat 50mmx6mm thick of suitable length duly welded. The cubical pedestal shall have 4 Nos. legs made out from 50x50x6 mm thick MS angle iron each 60 cm long including painting bonding to the existing earth etc. the same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete platform of suitable dimensions 15cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15cm from the top of cement concrete platform. The shutter of the cubicle pedestal should be of ‘U’ shape supported from internal side for additional strength with 16 GMS sheet.

Supply and Laying of PVC sheathed Aluminum flat of 4 mm² 2 core with the help of crane for steel tubular/ Octagonal pole. The wire should be of ISI marked. The job includes cost of dismantling, erection of existing fittings, bracket, making incoming and outgoing connection etc. other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

9/10 mtr. Long Pole

Supply and Erection of Cement Collar and Jn. Box at the base of the pole with the detailed specification as given below.:

Jn. Box Construction:

Supply and fixing of OEM made Junction box IP 66/67 made out of Polycarbonate with Glass fiber reinforced of size 205 x 255 x 112 (mm) (minimum) with 5 nos. OEM made connectors/terminal blocks. The Jn. Box and connectors/terminal blocks should be supplies by OEM. The terminal blocks/connectors should be of Hensel/Wago/Elmax/Siemens make only and Junction box shall be of Hensel make KF-2525 G or its equivalent Clipsal/Legrand/Schneider/ABB make only. The junction box shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The gasket materal shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The job includes all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge of work.

Cement Collar:

The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 and outside dia.16”/18”.

The collar shall be provided with 2 Nos. DWC Pipes of 50mm dia. and 45cm long each pipe to facilitate incoming and going cables in the Jn. box.

The collar shall be plastered, properly finished and painted with 2 coats of exterior apex of superior quality.

The item includes other petty material to complete the job including new thimbles & making connection.

The job includes all labour and petty material inclusive of putty required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge of work.

Dismantling of existing damaged cement collar from the steel tabular pole. The job include cost of dismantling of incoming and outgoing connection from the junction box. The job also include throwing of malba into dumping ground, cost of all labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction engineer in charge of the work.

DSR item no.16.83 (Civil 2023)Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

DSR item no.16.84 (Civil 2023)Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer incharge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Dismantling of existing pole along with fitting and bracket safely and carriage of the same from site to Store at Sector-25 Chandigarh with the help of tralla/truck. The job includes cost of crane charges, tralla/truck Charges and dismantling of incoming and outgoing connection etc. The job includes the cost of labour, loading, unloading etc and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Supply/Laying of PVC Aluminum flat of 16 mm² 2 core at the height of 9 mtr. Long pole with the help of crane. The job include cost of labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work. The PVC flat should be ISI marked.

Painting of street poles with double coat of Asian/Narolac/Delux Aluminium paint of following sizes installed along the roads, parking area and the poles shall be painted with superior quality of sliver colour. The job includes cost of all labour, & petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.

Painting of street light pole up to 7 mtr. with the help of ladder & using boom after 7 Mtr to the height of 9 mtr. where ever required. The job includes cost of 2 nos. labour required for holding the ladder & controlling the traffic while using crane/boom.

Street light pole 7.5/9 mtr. long with single/double/triple arm bracket complete in all respect.

Supply and erection of steel tabular pole IS-410 SP-27 swaged and welded in three steps 9 Mtr. long weight 113 Kgs. as per IS 2713 (Part I & II 1980) amended upto date with the following specifications:

The pole shall have a sectional length of 5.0-2.0-2.0 Mtr.

The thickness of each section should be 139.7 x 4.5 mm, 114.3 x 3.65 mm and 88.9 x 3.25 mm

The circular base plate-10G more than over all dia of bottom of the pole duly welded shall be provided.

The pole shall be erected 1.50 Mtr. below ground level in 10” internal dia ready made RCC muff 1.5 Mtr. in length. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4. The job includes the cost of cutting of road / pucca floor for erection of pole.

The cost includes carriage, all labour and material including installation of Pole to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

G.I. PIPE BRACKET.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of G.I. Pipe (Medium Class) bracket with suitable size of nipple for mounting the LED street light fitting with the following specifications.

The bracket shall be made by Medium Class GI pipe of 50mmdia with an angle of inclination 105o&5 feet overhang.

The 50 mm dia G.I. pipe shall be connected to a 100mm dia G.I. pipe 45cm long& canopy with top end closed with 14 G MS sheet to avoid entry of rain water in the pole.

The 50mmdia pipe shall be welded at a distance of 2” from the close end with 100mm dia GI pipe.

The canopy shall be slipped over the top section of octagonal pole & fixed with 2 Nos. ½ “ dia GI nuts & bolts.

A triangular 14 GMS sheet piece of 2” shall be welded between two pipes.

The bracket should have also the provision of suitable size of nipple for fixing of the fitting. The job includes the cost of all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge, before installation at site.

The make of B Class G.I pipe should be Jindal, Hindustan/ SAIL & Tata make only.

Single Arm Bracket made out of 50mm dia. G.I Pipe with 3 feet overhang.

Supply & Erection 32 m dia x 1 m long G.I. Pipe (medium class) Bracket for mounting of LED street lighting/Fitting on RCC and steel tubular electricity pole including bending the pipe of suitable size of the required shape (900 to 1050), 2 Nos. M.S. clamps with Nut, Bolts and Washer G.I. Coating/Panting the flat iron with primer and finish paint as per relevant tender specifications.
