SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF 06 x SENTRY POST IN AOR OF HQ 71 SUB AREA

Supply and construction of Sentry Post of internal size 1.99 m × 1.99 m, complete in all respects, including supply of stores, transportation from FOR to site, loading, unloading, handling, setting out, construction, installation, testing and commissioning, strictly in accordance with the approved drawings, Technical Details, Store List and all as directed. The work shall include excavation, PCC bed, stepped brick masonry foundation and plinth walls, damp-proof course, 230 mm thick brick masonry superstructure and gable walls, PCC lintels, brick steps, internal flooring, plinth protection, cement plaster and all incidental civil works required for a stable and serviceable sentry post. The roofing work shall comprise MS pipe rafters and purlins, wind ties, pre-coated and pre-coloured 0.63 mm thick profiled roofing sheets, ridge cover, prescribed overlaps, roof projections, self-tapping screws, bolts, washers and all fixing arrangements. The item shall also include one powder-coated aluminium glazed door, three powder-coated aluminium ventilators with sliding shutters, fly-proof mesh and MS grills, MS-sheet sunshades, internal and external electrification, surface preparation and painting of steelwork, internal distemper and external cement-based camouflage/OG finish. The quoted rate shall include all approved materials, labour, machinery, tools and plants, scaffolding, temporary works, transportation, wastage, quality control, testing, cleaning, disposal of surplus material, taxes, duties, overheads, contractor’s profit and every incidental item necessary for satisfactory completion and handing over of the post in fully functional condition. Nothing extra shall be payable, and the work shall be completed to the entire satisfaction.
