Providing laying spreading and compacting hand broken/crushed stone aggregate 250 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam confirming to physical requirement laid in table 400.10 of MORT & H specification and grading laid in table 400.11 of MORT and H specification in two layer compacted to 250 mm (125+125) ( by taking material 1.32 times of the thickness of the layer i.e. 1.65 cum per 10 sqm in each layer) including premixing of material with water in mixing plant for wet mix macadam carriage of mixed material by tipers to the site and laying material in uniform thickness and laying by mechanical paver suitable layer, rolling with road roller 8-10 tone in stages to proper grade and any spot depressions which becomes apparent corrected by removing or adding fresh material and camber spreading and brooming including template, barrier, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar & mtc. Of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per clause 406 of MORT & H specification drawing and the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Density of WMM as laid 2.2 gms/cc complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying tack coat of bitumen 80 / 100 or 60 / 70 of approved quality @0.40 kg/sqm on road surface including cleaning complete.

Providing and laying of 60 mm thick compacted thickness of Dense Bituminous Macadam by hot mix plant andmechanical paver finish as per clause No. 507 table No. 500.10 G-II and 113.3 of MORH & H specification for road and bridges works (4th revision) of 2001/latest edition using bitumen not less than 4.5% bitumen grade 60/70 content by weight of total mix complete in all respect including cost of bitumen instructions issued from time to time by MORT & H regarding machinery and bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted to MORT & H specification is mandatory. Rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tendom roller as per clause 501.6 and 501. To achieve the desired density and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge Density of Dense Bituminous Macadam shall not be less than 2.35 gm/cc after compaction.

Providing and laying of 40 mm thick bituminous concrete laid by hot mix plant and paver finisher as per clause No. 509 and table No. 500.18 G-II and 113.3 of MORT & H specification for road and bridges works (4th revision) of 2001/latest edition using bitumen 60/70 grade as binder @5% 7% by weight of total mix complete in all respect including cost of bitumen. Instruction issued from time to time by MORT & H regarding machinery and bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device confirming to MORT & H specifications is mandatory. Rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tendom roller as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired density to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Density of bituminous concrete should not be less than 2.40 gm/cc after compaction.

Providing and fixing glow studs / road reflector DSR No.16.50.

Painting road surface white / yellow including clearing the surface of all dirt DSR No.16.48 (I).
