M&L for two run of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable of size 2.5 sqmm with copper conductor all as directed (conduit and conduit accessories shall be measured and paid separately and two runs of cables shall be measured as single run)

Repairs and preventive maint of DG Set of capacity 380 KVA of Kirloskar Cummins make including replacement of fuel filter, air filter, lub oil filter, lubricating oil, rubber hose pipe, v belt, oil pipe, diesel pipe, water pump and worn out parts incl tightening checking greasing etc for proper running of DG set complete all as specified and directed Note:- Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only.

Dismantling radiator of engine of 380 KVA capacity Kirloskar Cummins DG Sets for repair/ maintenance by bringing chain pulley block and carefully dismantling including refitting in position after completion of repair works all as specified & directed.

M & L for replacement of worn out core of the radiator by replacing with best quality copper tubes of proper size, welding, brazing straightening of fins and pressure testing for satisfactory performance.

M & L for replacement of spares like radiator hose set, radiator cap, replacing rusted body by welding flat iron piece, testing for satisfactory performance.

Taking out fuel injection pump from DG set of capacity 380 KVA transporting to services centre for overhauling/calibration and re-fixing on DG set including replacement of worn-out spares such as delivery valves plunger O ring spring rotor assly etc. for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.
