Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles in vertical surfaces using size of tiles 300x450x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour of tile with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite slab (of approved shade), machine cut, as in floors, vertical surfaces, steps (treads/risers) and the like laid over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing and rounding (chamfering) the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry over a sand cushion of 50mm thick as well as sand filling in paver block's joints including filleting to edges in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work and structural steel work of any description ot otherwise provided for complete

M&L for mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work (ornamental) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain,black, mild steel sheeting in gates, 1.25mm thick sheets welded or soldered to agle iron frame all as specifed and as directed

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing, 3mm nominal dia of GI wire, 1.4mm thick PVC coating and average area of aperture 25 Sqcm with weight of chain link not less than 2.0 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified an as directed. Note: Fixing tie and nuts bolts will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for flat iron as in fixing clamps or support to chain link fencing , stiffners etc including all necessary drilling for bolts conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm dia mild steel round bars cut to length, bent to shape required to be used as stifferners in chain link fencing, fixed independently to angle iron posts conforming to Fe 410 (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for stainless steel hollow sections circular/square/rectangular in shape and any size and thickness, grade AISI-316 type (Austenitic anti-corrosive in nature) as in railings/grills/designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and fixed with necessary stainless steel nuts, bolts as required in any location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scaffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.
