Clearing thick and thorny jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood trees and saplings of trees up to 30 cm girth measured at a height of 1m above GL and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 150m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Dismantling carefully and removing the existing CC / RCC works manually or by mechanical means and conveying the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150m.

Dismantling and removing carefully the existing damaged brick/ masonry wall cement mortar at all levels and conveying and depositing the debris and stacking the serviceable material at places pointed out within a distance of 150m.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. (Quoted rate shall include bailing out water from all sources and causes)

Cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) using first class 40 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water, liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches ,etc. complete for foundation/levelling course etc.

Cement concrete work in 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) using first class 20 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for machine mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete: for belt beam / coping of compound wall.

Providing form work to cement concrete and RCC works with necessary plywood/steel sheet, steel joists, runners, struts, posts etc with adjustable spans and telescopic posts, wooden planks etc. including removal after completion/curing at all level : for footings/PCC.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 for foundation and basement, etc, with hard granite stones for side walls of drains and compound wall including cost for providing bond stones as per specification ,levelling up with cement concrete1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand 12 graded stone aggregate20 mm nominal size) curing. bailing out water from all sources etc complete

Solid concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:5 using good quality cement concrete blocks approved by the Engineer-in-charge with a minimum compressive strength of 4N/mm2 for superstructure in ground floor/ upto 5m height from plinth level/floor level including cost and conveyance of all materials.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 15 mm, one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels to rough faces of brick work, rubble masonry work above ground, etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 12 mm, one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels to fair faces of brick work.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Dismantling the damaged barbed wire fencing and stacking the debris at places pointed out within the Godown premises.

Pointing the rubble masonry work with CM1:3, flush/ruled pointing

Providing broken bottle glass pieces at close intervals over the coping of compound wall during plastering work when the cement mortar is wet, applying a coat of cement grout to the plastered surface after inserting broken glass pieces sufficiently into the mortar inclusive of all labour and cost of materials complete.

Transporting spoil earth, demolished waste and other debris by lorry to a suitable location outside the site after taking approval up to a maximum distance of 5KM including loading with a lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5m at each loading point etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing steel gate fabricated out of angles flats, rounds, pipes, Square/ rectangular hollow sections square rods, plates, etc. including providing all fittings such as Kondies, locking arrangements, etc. and painting with two coats of approved quality and colour chemical resistant enamel paint over two coats of red oxide Zinc phosphate primer (including one shop coat), etc. complete. as per scope drawing.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel work for "Y" supports for pilasters in compound wall as per design & drawings including very thorough scraping and cleaning using power tools and painting with two coats of red oxide zinc phosphate primer (one shop coat and one coat after fixing)and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer, etc. complete ( as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge& hire charges for fabricating and fixing to lines and levels etc. complete.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape Concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length(total length front gate 16 m)having 50nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T .reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I.staples and G.I.clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge, with reinforced barbed tape ( R.B.T) / spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick ) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C blocks shall be paid separately.
