Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with sub-class B brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster/Grit plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc removing debris to a distance not exceeding 250 mtr complete all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete, internal surfaces of walls finished and even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specifed & as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, over and including 2 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings includind forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh any type from TMT Bar/Fencing post complete all as spd & directed.

Excavation in post hole (similar hole) each N Exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25 CM watering and removing surplus soil to a distance N Exc 50 M and making good surface complete all as specifide and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel joist channel angle for posts and struts in fencing, gate,tank staging and manhole/drain cover including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 including demolition of old manhole cover and remove the malba of same outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
