Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020--2021 to 2024-2025 TURNOVER MUST BE CERTIFIED FROM A CHATERED ACCOUNTANT WITH UDIN NUMBER

Should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least ONE similar work as Buliding work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work(1.05 LAKH). i.e., 2020-2021 to 2024-2025

UNCONDITIONAL LOC FROM A NATIONALISED BANK-liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.0.75 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent
