Repairing of leakage from suction and delivery system by carrying out following works for pump-set No. 1,2 & 3 at Shalimar Village SPS Supply of 150 mm dia. CI double flanged Sluice Valve, P.N- 1.0 Make: Kirloskar/ IVC / Marck/ Jupiter/ VAG/ Dorot
Supply of 150 mm dia. CI double flanged NRV, P.N- 1.0 Make: Kirloskar/ IVC / Marck/ Jupiter/ VAG/ Dorot
Making and Supply of MS bends of 150 mm dia, 900 heavy duty of suitable size as per site requirement.
Supply of Nut Bolt with washer of suitable size good quality
Supply of 50% Neoprene sheet for packing. Make: - Jyoti /National /Approved by DJB
Dismantling of pump sets by disconnecting of power connections from motor, de-coupling of motor and pump, cutting of nuts & bolts with help of tools & gas cutter (if required), dismantling of suction and delivery pipes, Valves, NRVs & piping special etc., closing of valves with the manual labour and to leak proof the system with the help of blank dead flange of required size and keep it at safe place of pump house
Repair of MS base frame of pump set by replacement of its worn-out parts to strengthen the MS structure by providing and fixing of MS plate on base frame by welding, cutting etc. as per sample.
Dismantling of Sluice valve gland top housing and upper & Lower dome of 150mm dia. Sluice valve by removing / cutting of nut bolt with the help of gas cutter if required. Re-mettaling of nut as per sample & also Re-assembling of sluice valve various parts such as GM nut, spindle, nut and bolts etc. with the manual labour, T&P as per site requirement.
Installation of motor P/set along with sluice valve and NRV including piping work & specials like Bends, Tee, reducer, flanges etc. as required & and executing all allied E&M and civil work, laying of cable as per site requirement, making connections of motor with starter and panel with thimbling by taking all safety precautions, arranging all tools and tackles i/c welding set gas cutter etc. as per site requirement
Testing and commissioning of above system first at No Load and then at Full Load for its proper operation to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
Transportation charges for to and fro of men and material including and unloading etc. at a suitable place, painting of above E&M equipment.
