Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, in camouflage pattern, any tinted, including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc, of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treamtnet and preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, in camouflage pattern, any tinted, including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. Note : Design drawing pattern/ colour of camouflage painting shall be given by Engineer-in-Charge with the consent of user. No extra shall be paid for pattern/ design.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in (camouflage pattern), including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old Painted surfaces of AC Sheets by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, any tinted as in (camouflage pattern), including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water of any description etc.including removal of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and top surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic based Weather Coat exterior grade emulsion, two coats, in camouflage pattern, any tinted over a coat of suitable primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in plinth protection and hard standing in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) wihtout disturbing the existing structure/ services on ground and removal of demolished material out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregte) as in sub base or mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregte) as in sub base or mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of existing sliding door operated by mechanical means by welding /removal of broken steel pieces and weld the new members /oiling /greaseing / pintal higes repair or any other suitable fitting /fixture required to make the door moveable. Note: (i) Any steel members used for welding shall be paid seprately and if any damages occurs to electric motor fitted with the door to be repaired by contractor without any extra cost.

Repair of existing sliding door operated by maunal means by welding /removal of ti and weld the new members /oiling /greaseing / pintal higes repair or any other suitable fitting /fixture required to make the door to moveable. Note: (i) Any steel members used for welding shall be paid seprately. (ii) Rate for changing of pully/wheel of any size fixed in the door or bigger size pully/wheel required to be changed as per site requirement shall be deemed to be included in this item.

S&F Framed /Ornamental work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high strength epoxy concrete ( FOSROC - Expocrete EC) filling for area prepared by cutting manualy or mechanicaly/cleaning/drying by blower, epoxy concrete prepared by mixing of prepacked Expocrete EC having base (B), Hardner (H), fine filler (FF) with 6 - 10mm graded stone aggregate (CA) at site in the specified proportion by weight (B : H : FF : CA - 4.537 : 2.145 : 20.818 : 30) as per manufacturer's instructions . The epoxy concrete shall be applied to prepared and primed surface within 30 minutes of mixing, finished with a steel trowel to fair and even surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous roads, pavments surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth with wire brushes etc. and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinable/ matt finished road marking paint white/ orange/ yellow/ black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified. Make : Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Gulde line of Berger or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note : Runway paint to be carried out on the same surface at a interval of 03 to 04 month/ as and when required by user.

Material and labour for painting lines on road with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint exc 10 cm wide and n exc 15 cm wide with confirimg to MORTH specifications mechanically applied to form a 1.5 mm thick film with reflective glass powder on road surface including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust oil, grease and moisture free surface before appling the paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking of joint/removing old sealing compound, dirt from construction/dummy joint 10mm wide and 28 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joint with closed cell ,medium density cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurathene sealing compound and filling polyurathene sealent including using marking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking of joint/removing old sealing compound, dirt from expansion joint 20mm wide and 40 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joint with closed cell, medium density cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 25 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurathene sealing compound and filling polyurathene sealent including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of 600mm dia punched tape concertina coil fixed in repairs all as specifed and as directed.
