M&L for dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 3.00 above but on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick screed plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300X450X7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade and over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vertified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 8.00 but on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick screed plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the smooth of the slab incl rubbing & polishing complete all as spd & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall , even and fair finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick , external surfaces finished fair & even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls after applying 1mm thick wall care putty to obtain smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes(any size or pattern), including all fittings, head, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc includng cleaning or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints on wall with and including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed. accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore dia brass CP mixer for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore dia angle valve/ stop valves with wall flange cast copper alloy fancy type cromium plated screwed down both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down galvanised tubing of 15 mm bore incl cleaning for refixing in any position floor, wall etc, S&F 15 mm bore dia medium graded galvanised steel tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including MS hooks as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down galvanised tubing of 20 mm bore incl cleaning for refixing in any position floor, wall etc,and S&F 20 mm bore dia medium graded galvanised steel tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor,including MS hooks as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof of (Multistorey Bldg) etc, comprising with the following operation & as specified here in below :-

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for roof padding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth with out using extra cement with water proofing compound ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately at supply only rates.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitummen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

A layer of APP bases polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be 100 mm on transverse direction & 75 mm on longitudinal direction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cm20cm thick machine pressed set in joinet in net cement slurry in roof cut and polisdhed laid on 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
