M&L 04 nos of hard rubber toe in legs of chair verandah including removal of broken rubber toe. (Drg No. FD-256, 359)

M&L scrapping of surface of chair verandah frame with emery paper making smooth surface and applying one coat of white synthetic enameled paint all as directed. (Drg No. FD-256, 359)

Removing old unserviceable nylon newar and M&L for reweaving of chair veranda with 25mm wide wgite of light colour new newar of seperior and approved quality not recucled and weight not less than 0.50 Kg per chair closely woven both side in seat & back complete all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable plastic cane & M&L for reweaving of chair verandah with plastic cane 1/2 round, 4mm wide, 0.40mm thick superior and approved quality closely woven complete all as directed.

S&F of PVC seat for chair verandah (MAP) size as per drg of 4mm thick weight not less than 1.85 Kg. Make - AMKO/COMFO and best quality as approved by GE and as directed. (Drg No FD/MAP/12)

S&F in repair new black painted seat frame 2nd class hard wood duly weaving with white/cream plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide partially rounded off of approved quality Godrej pattern cross band and border as specified in drawing including fixing with MS nut and bolt with washer, size of seat frame as per drg.

All as per Item No 8.01 above but back frame of chair CB steel with arms size as per drg.

Charpoy GI pipe Drg No FD 220

Tightening of elbow, check nut, removing of unserviceable nylon newar and M&L reweaving of charpoy GI pipe with 50mm to 55mm wide non recycled nylon newar of light colour, closely woven both side.Weight of newar shall not less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old long rail of Charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fix new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly threaded both sides as required. Note : 1. Old long rail as retrieved shall be used for converting short rail under item No 9.03 and charges for conversion shall be included in unit rate of item No 9.03 here-in-after. 2. GI pipe shall be arrange by the contractor and pipe shall be ISI marked.

Conversion of long rails of Charpoy GI Pipe (retrieved under item No 9.02) into short rail by cutting/finishing to shape and threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail. Note : Old short rail retrieved shall be used for converting the leg under item No 9.04 and charges for conversion shall be included in the unit rate of item No 9.04 here-in-after.

Conversion of short rails of Charpoy GI Pipe (retrieved under item No 9.03) into leg by cutting/finishing to shape and threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable leg.

Removing old elbow from Charpoy GI Pipe and S&F 32mm bore medium grade GI elbow, 3 ways ISI marked complete all as directed.

S&F in repair new check nut 32mm bore, 6mm thick galvanised iron medium grade complete all as directed.
