Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of concrete Foundations, Pile Caps, Footings, Bases of Columns, Raft and Raft Beams, Sides and Soffits [if any] of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work, Vertical or to Batter for Rough Finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Use and Removal of Steel Formwork [Plain / Curved] to Faces of Walls, Retaining Walls, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls, Abutments, Parapets and Staircase Railings and similar work including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, etc. Vertical or to Batter for ROUGH finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Use and Removal of Steel Formwork [Plain / Curved] to Faces of Walls, Retaining Walls, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls, Abutments, Parapets and Staircase Railings and similar work including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, etc. Vertical or to Batter for FAIR finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Soffits of Suspended Slabs such as Roof Slabs, Floor Slabs, Landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [Horizontal or Sloping] for Fair Finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts, Piers, Columns and Stanchions of any Shape / Cross Section for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars, Wall Lining [Veneering to Wall] etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire height of Skirting / Dado / Risers and joints shall match with the flooring.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work portions framed and hung as gates, including Pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. such as Ornamental and Intricate Design Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Filling behind retaining walls with approved earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Loose filling with Broken Stone or Boulders of gauge 80 to 150 mm including hand packing [any thickness] at back side / ends of Weep Holes on the earth fill side complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 110mm bore PVC [SWR] Pipes, Single Socketed, in any length as in Weep Holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Forming Embankments using approved earth obtained from MD Land / Excavation including raising [or lowering] earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming / rolling with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exceeding 1.50m high from base complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: Compaction of Moorum filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions up to the Modified Proctor Density not less than 98%. A deduction of 10% quantity shall be made to allow for bulk density irrespective of equipment used for compaction]

M & L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using Power Roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity including filling in the depressions with approved earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 200mm thick [Spread Thickness] Soling [or Sub Base] with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick [compacted thickness] Water Bound Macadam in two layers of 75mm each with coarse aggregate of Grading 2 [63 to 40mm size] spread, rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 KG per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Premixed Bituminous Macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber [consolidate thickness 75mm or less] using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing existing Black Top Surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 KG per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen and laying Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG – 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note: Minimum Bitumen content shall be 5.5% as specified here in above. Please note that if the actual quantity of bitumen to be incorporated on approval of Mix–Design is found more than the minimum bitumen content specified above, No price adjustment shall be made for actual bitumen content of Mix–Design. Bitumen shall be Paving Bitumen of Grade VG–30 and shall be procured by the contractor.

M & L for 100mm thick Moorum / Red Bajri filling, spread levelled and rammed / rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity including watering to and consolidated to required level, gradient and camber required as in Road side Berms complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un–reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry River Sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 4 Core, 25 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 4 Core, 10 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
