Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 Type type C2 (1:3:6) (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as inCement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with PCC solid blocks in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, exc. 10cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surface in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC Type D-2 (1:4:8) Using 40 mm graded stone Agg as in flooring of Heavy veh parking of Hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finished any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 , M-40Grade with grey cement and pigment over sand filling complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand for filling shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including wateringand consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc and fixed by riveting or welding or with nut and bolts (including nuts and bolts) conforming to Fe-410-W grade E250 Quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular/structural trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240 or steel sections conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel Bolts Exceeding 12mm n. exceeding 20mm dia, purpose made with Hexagonal or Square head one end and screwed the other, or Screw both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with Washers and one hexagonal or Square nut, Exceeding 30 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L For prepatring steel/ Iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm Width or Girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of Redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.5mm thickness, of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, etc, fixed with & including self tapping screws on angle frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC insulation panels of thickness 10mm with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet but 1mm printed PVC sheet used in lieu of plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gl frame work of size 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repairs Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of existing old surfaces for applying two coat of oil bound distemper on one coat of primer over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
