NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

M/L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl removing cornices, pilasters by brooming down to remove all dust, dirt and all loose scales and other foreign matter and smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt, oil & grease spots by steel wire brushes or steel scrapers, etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls to obtain uniform surface complete all as specified.

All as per Sl Item No. 1 here-in-above but on ceilings surfaces.

All as per Sl Item No. 1 here-in-above but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls surfaces.

M/L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered including two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered, Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

All as per Sl Item No. 5 here-in-above but one coat of cement based paint on walls.

Complete removal of existing treatment and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm as directed.

M/L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl one coat of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm as directed.

M&L one coat of fire resistant paint on any description of old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall including preparation of old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of fire resistant paint on any description of old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of old decoraed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth.

All as per Sl Item No. 12 here-in-above but two coat of synthetic enamel paint on wood based surfaces

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with integral water proofing compound (IWPC Measured and paid seperately) on wall surfaces complete.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (liquid admixture)(Makes : pidilite Industries/ Impermo/Snowcem India Ltd/Sika)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall surfaces complete.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilings surfaces complete.

M&L for three coats of white wash as in ceilings on newly plastered surfaces including preperation complete.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and priming plastered surfaces with alkaliresistant primer paint and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls.

Disconnecting existing 500 Liters capacity water storage tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.
