Provision for dismantling of dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. Including all the labour and T&P. Required proper completion of the work at site.

Provision for renewing glass panels, with wooden windows fillets. Including removal of old cracked /destroyed glass and fixing 5mm thick glass. Including all the labour, material and T.& P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying of cement concrete floor base with mortar ratio 1:4:8 Cement, Coarse sand and Stone aggregate of 20 to 40mm gauge. Including mixing of concrete laying, ramming, beating and compacting etc. Including all the labour, material and T.&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick kota stone flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base 1:4 (1 cement :4 Coarse sand) 25mm thick . Including all the supply of material, labour and T&P. required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for 12mm nominal thickness cement plaster work with mortar of ratio 1:4 cement and Coarse sand Including racking and washing of joints and surface. Including all the labour, material and T.&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for laying of wall tiles after plumbing work of mortar ratio 1:4 Cement and coarse sand of approved class brand as Kajariya /Sonlaite of thickness 9to 10mm. Including all the labour, material and T.&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Provision for colour washing with oil bound distemper of superior quality by two coat after carefully removing of old layer of paint before applying oil wall distemper walls finished with one coat of wall care putty and one coat primer. Including all the labour, material and T.& P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for painting work on iron and wood work in small area over previously painted surface by two coat of synthetic enamel paint. Including cleaning and washing of previously painted surface. Including all the labour, material and T.&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for fixing of ventilator with sall wood section 75.00x62.00 mm and glazed door shutter as required. Including supply of well-seasoned sall wood all fixtures. Including all the labour, material and T.&P. Required proper completion of work at the site. (Size of ventilator 0.60 x 45 cm)

Provision for fabrication and fixing of MS grill in ventilator by using 25x5mm iron strip and 8mm sqr bars fabricated as per designed by the department. Including supply of all material , Fabrication and fixing etc. (Size of grill 50 x 35 cm)

Provision for erection of scaffolding with scaffolding pipes, chahalies and other required articles for proper execution of work and removing of the same after completion of work. Including all the labour, materials and T&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for fixing of sanitary articles of approved brand by removing of damaged/unserviceable articles. Rectangular shape Mirror of size 1500 X 450 MM with Plastic moulded frame with 6 mm thick hand board Backing.

Providing and fixing stainless steel signage bilingual for toilet doors of size 300x600mm.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.
